      I order a wig on July *******. I received an email for confirmation of the sale, but have not heard anything since. The money was withdrawn from my account and I haven't received the product or anymore correspondence from them. I have emailed them twice and never received a response and called them twice and they would not answer the phone.

      Wilshire Wigs has failed to issue a refund for a purchase I made on February 22, 2024. Despite returning the item in pristine condition within the stipulated return period and confirming delivery to Wilshire Wigs on March 14, 2024, I have not received the promised refund of $296.90.After receiving the wig on March 4, 2024, I promptly returned it becuase the style just wasn't for me. Wilshire Wigs' return policy clearly allows returns within 14 days of receipt, a condition I adhered to meticulously. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I have received no response regarding the status of my refund.This lack of response and failure to honor their own return policy has caused me undue stress and financial strain. Enclosed with this complaint are copies of the tracking information confirming the delivery of the returned item to Wilshire Wigs, as well as records of my communication attempts.Please help me in facilitating a resolution to this matter, I just don't know what else to do. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

      I bought a wig over 2 week ago I've not received it. There's many phone numbers but you can't speak to anyone on any of them. I've sent many emails with no response. I need help. I spent $181.00.

      I placed an order for a wig on 3/16/24. I returned the wig the following business day after I received it per there instructions and shipping label. The **** stated they received the merchandise on April 3, 2024. Till this day I have not received credit. I have called and left approximately 12 voice mails (no one answers the phone) and several emails. They finally returned my call at the beginning of May and stated Ill have my credit in 4 business days. It has been Several weeks and I still dont have my credit for the wig. The order # is *********. It has been almost 2 months and no credit refund.

      I purchased a product and paid $312.73 on November 10, 2023 at a store that I have been doing business with for 10 or more years and have never had a problem until now. The product was not what I had asked for and was returned and received by Wilshire Silhouette within 10 days. A replacement was sent to me which was received about a month later. The issue with the first product appeared with the second product as well. The replace product was sent back within a few days of receiving it and a refund was requested. To date, I have not received the refund.I have spoken with someone at Wilshire Silhouette at least a dozen times who refused to identify herself. She said she would follow up with their proper personnel for the refund. Each time I called back and spoke with her or left a voice mail, over 20 times over the last few months, I asked for the refund, what was holding up the refund, to speak with a manager, to speak with someone in billing, anyone that could have a conversation with me about what the issue was. Each time she said she would check and get back to me. That didn't happen over the last 4 months. Just last week I left 3 more messages asking for a response to the issue, for someone to leave me a voice mail and let me know the status of the refund. A simple refund back in January 2024 was the right thing to do. No one called. I sent a letter to them about a month ago explaining the situation and that the refund still had not been made to the credit card it was purchased on back in November 2023. No response. I would like a full refund in the amount of $312.73 for the returned product 4 months ago vs being ignored and no one responding or caring. The customer service is a nightmare at this store. Thank you

      May 13,2024 wilshire wig took $156.40 for the purchase of a wig. I wanted to find out a delivery date and couldn't find any information. You can't call and talk to someone and the email puts me onto the order for the catalog. I am having brain surgery on the May 27th.My head will be shaved and I feel I need a wig to cover it.I used my debit card to pay. Please get me the wig or a refund. Thank you

      I returned two wigs I had ordered online from Wilshire Wigs, one in March and one in April. I was told both wigs were received and I should have my refunds shortly. Every time I call, when they answer the phone, I am told the same things and the refunds have still not occurred. They don't respond to any messages or emails I have sent. I paid $181.00 for each wig and they are supposed to refund everything but a standard restocking fee.

      Order was placed on 3/14/24 for $267.15 Order #*********. Was told it would take 5-9 days. Order was not shipped until 4/10/24. Order was received 4/12/24. The piece was not satisfactory so I returned the item via **** priority mail dated 4/16/24. I enclosed a note stating I wanted a refund to my original payment method, According to **** tracking the item was delivered to the company on 4/19/24. I havent received a credit nor have I heard from the company. *** made several attempts to contact them. I left voicemails and I emailed. They dont answer phones or reply to emails.

      Purchased a wig from Wilshire Wigs. order was placed4/124 order#*********, funds were withdrawn off my debit card amount around $89.00, stated that delivery would take 2-9 days. which I have nor received item as of today 4/13. I have called numerous times, Monday4/8. Tues 4/9.Wednesday4/10. Thurdsay4/11, and each I called, voice mail would say "Mail box is full" Sent numerous email with no response back.       I ordered product on 3-18-24, it was to ship within 9 days, it did not. I attempted to reach the seller 3 times but cannot get a reply. They took my money, never shipped anything to me and won't respond to my inquiries.
