I ordered a wig and it came to me entirely in terrible condition. It as stringy, hair sticking out straight and looked very cheap, It was a *********************** Voltage that I have been wearing since 2016 after having cancer. I have never ordered from Wilshire Wigs and will NEVER again. I sent the wig back over a month ago and they took my money and now have the wig back to resell and I have never received a refund. So please do not have this happen to you. I lost over a hundred dollars and sent it back at my expense!!!!!! I have called saying number is no available and I have emailed and was told it was sent to the return department but they were very behind ( I can understand) and I should get my refund in 5 to 7 days. That was a month ago. I have worn this same wig for years but the first time I have ordered from Wilshire and the LAST time. Very upset and unhappy customers but evidently they do no CARE!!!!!!!Review from Judy Y

If you order from this company, you will most likely regret it. My story is just like most of the reviews shown here. Ordered a wig, received it, didn't really look like the picture of what I ordered. I followed their return policy and returned the wig and have never received a refund. This is a terrible company, I do not know how they have stayed in business for as long as it says they have. They do not answer the phone EVER, nor do they answer emails. I wish I lived there so I could go to their showroom and tell anyone who tries to enter what a scam business they are.Buyer beware!Review from PHYLLIS H

I ordered 2 wigs recently. I need to return them as this company allows. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get a return label. NO ONE ANDWERS THE ***** AND NO ONE responds to ANY messages I send. I have sent over 20 requests for a return label. I also need to cancel the new order I placed and an immediate REFUND done on that wig. . I can only get a mail message saying to print a return label-WHICH IS NOT A RETURN LABEL- Im continuing to attempt to contact this WILSHIRE WIG *** to no avail. Before I realized they were UNRESPONSIVE and not living up to their own policy I had ordered another wigit has been charged TO MY account but NO MESSAGE ABOUT THIS WIG ORDER RECENTLY PLACED. I Want my new order canceled and I STILL NEED REFUNDS ON THE 2 wigs I have been unable to get a MAILING LABEL FOR. PLEASE HELP. thank youReview from Denise M

I placed an order with them several weeks ago, have reached out multiple times by phone and email on order status and have not heard back from them. I believe the company is a scam. Do not order with them! ****** reviews are horrible. Beware!Review from Lori H

I ordered a wig online, it was shipped on 3/13/24. When I received the wig it was not like what was pictured on their website so on 3/19/24 I returned it and requested a refund. It is 4/11/24 and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! I have sent several emails, called both phone numbers and left numerous messages but no one has responded back. All I get is a recording on the phone. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! This company needs to be put out of business!!!Review from Kristi W

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH WILSHIRE WIGS!! I placed an online order on 3/26/24 and my credit card was charged. I never received a confirmation email and its now 4/2/24 and I still havent received status of my order. Ive called their customer service number at least 10 times and no one ever has answered the phone, only a recording to leave a message. *** left NUMEROUS messages with my order # asking them to please call me ASAP with the status on my order and STILL NO RESPONSE!! I even messaged them thru ******** with no response. I am now having to call my credit card company and file a complaint/fraud case to try and get my money back!! I wish I could give them a 0. I bought a wig on clearance which there are no returns. With the companys reputation I considered that not an issue. Upon receiving the wig it had definitely been worn as it smelled of shampoo and was matted or burned. The wefting was separated. I wish on this site I could post pictures.Review from Carl H
