10.18.2022 i ordered***************************. I payed 67$ with******* and never got an confirmation email.. after i ordered i got alot of spam from them. And at the end of the emails they said that they are sending me this spam because I purchased a product with that email or made an account. I did the first thing. So they have my email from the order. I have tried to email them alot, call them alot and tried to use the customer service on the website that is total trash. This is very unprofessional! This has to be a scam or some of the worst customer service ever. Im only trying********************** to be healthy again. And this company is just making it worse. Ironic when they say they want to help people.. Great Job!Business response

On may 1st ************ business (healthy nutrition) purchased $449 worth of product from us. He then did a chargeback the day before the product was delivered. He has since ignored all contact. This is fraud on behalf of him and his business. On June 25th we will have our attorney file official documents to send to his business.Business response

First of all it has nothing to do with Healthy Nutrition Group LLC.
I placed an order on May 1st, waited for 4 weeks and then did a chargeback since I never received an order.

Here are all the tracking numbers associated with the order. ALL have been delivered. We have contacted chase bank, they will be working with our attorney to submit a case for chargeback fraud on the 25th. Penalties for chargeback fraud can include prison time. You have until June 25th to reverse the charge or we will proceed.

I ordered a product from their website.Upon clicking confirmation to order the one product the confirmation page added more product and a subscription charge I've only recieved an email receipt. They have no tracking for my order and it has been two weeks. They have no communication through their customer service contacts. After getting no help, scouring their google reviews confirms my suspicions that this business is just a scam. They need to be shut down.Business response

It is also important to say that there have not been any subscriptions under your name in our system and your purchase was made as a "One time purchase".
