The product purchased was a beach bonfire set-up with tables, blankets, chairs and other accessories at Dockweiler state beach in El Segundo scheduled for December 23, 2022, confirmation no.****** The product was purchased on December 2, 2022 for $931.80 through the online site, beachnow.me. I sought a refund on December 12, 2022. The company refused to issue a refund, saying all sales were final. There is not a refund policy that is clearly and conspicuously displayed on the product page, order form, or at checkout as required by *********************************** Instead, the refund policy appears on the receipt of purchase. I would like a full refund of the purchase to my original payment method.Business response

Hello I am the owner of this business and I just two days ago received your notices. This customer agreed to our terms of service and then demanded a refund. He also processed a charge back thru his bank so he has been in fact refunded. additionally he reported me to Secretary of State to whom I responded to. All this happening over Christmas while I was moving and my mail was been forwarded. Additionally there were historic storms in my area that prevented me from going to my mailbox. On top of that my mother was in the hospital with covid. I would just like an oppotunity to submit our terms proof he accepted them at point of purchase and all his email communications

I have just become aware of this complaint. Happy to discuss further our side of the story. This customer in fact did receive a refund thru the charge back process with his bank. It is not in our policy to provide refunds instead we offer a full credit. Customers must agree to our terms to process purchase.
