              The support I have received has been great. They sent detailed instructions on installing the *** I purchased that included windows, mac, android and ios details. I received a reply to my email within 24 hours and the issue was resolved right away. I have purchased several products and have contacted support twice and each time their response has been great.

              I did not make a purchase, but I did have a great experience after talking with the accessibility team. It was addressed within 30 minutes of my initial email. Although there was an accessibility issue, getting to contact this wonderful team helped me to appreciate StackCommerce as a whole. Due to this positive experience, as well as the BBB accreditation, I will gladly make a purchase in the future.

              After buying a Windows Pro product online, I had 2 problems. First, Windows wouldn't activate.Second, I could no longer sign in to the store.techspot.com website.Thanks to the help & support of the team, both problems were fully resolved.Both problems turned out to be a bit complicated & unusual. But the support team was patient, kept trying, & kept encouraging me. Their professional responses were always received quickly and suggested approaches that seemed sensible & reasonable.You guys led me through all the steps that clarified the problem so that I was able to find take the last couple of steps myself. You guys are the BEST!! ??

              I did not receive a confirmation email for the product I purchased, and I did not receive a reset password email. Support took care of everything in a timely manner. They helped me reset my password and gave me the information that I needed to redeem my product. I could not be happier.

              I bought a couple of SSD portable drives that were terrible. Incredibly slow to being unusable. As bad as the drives were, the customer service to get my refund going was top notch. The only reason I didn't give five stars is my feelting that the drives I got were typical and should not have been on thier site. If my experience with customer service had not been so good, this would have been the last time I would have ordered something from MacWorld Shop. But, it was excellent, so I will continue to be a customer.
