I had purchased a 130 dollar kaleidoscope from this person back in august of 2023. I have not received the product yet, and evidently, this person is scamming others as well.Initial Complaint

I ordered two necklaces from this guys website as birthday gifts after seeing his videos on social media and thinking the products looked cool . It says "4 week processing time" under the products I purchased and I have received no information since , and it has now been 8 weeks since I placed my order. I attempted to contact the owner of the business multiple times , and never heard back , until I finally got a response recently. The response I got offered me no information on my order specifically (even though my order number was requested and I gave it to him), and was very clearly a pre written message that gets sent to anyone who attempts to ask questions about their orders. It was a wordy message along the lines of "we're so sorry for the delay; we cannot offer any information as to when your item will be processed; we cannot offer you a refund at this time; etc." I have also since found other people on social media who have experienced very similar things from this business. Now I'm not sure if they are blatantly scamming people, but they very clearly lie about the time it will take for orders to arrive. There was one example I found of someone waiting over a year for an order that was promised to only take 8 weeks. They also continue to post plenty of promotional content online , urging people to buy their orders and claiming they will ship on time and such , but also stated to me that they are behind on all orders. I am planning to dispute the charge of 110$ tomorrow by meeting with someone from my bank, and hoping that will offer me resolution, but I just think this person is exercising very bad practice and think it should be looked into further. Their handles on most social media platforms is the same , they have a quite a large following on all platforms. @satoriscopeInitial Complaint

Ordered a kaleidoscope well over a year ago, business owner regularly uses social media to boost his product and sell new merchandise but does not fulfill orders he has that are over a year old. Sends automated response to customers checking on the product they should have received by now. The ‘no refund’ policy is not applicable if their end of the contract is fulfilled, which would mean sending the item paid for. Unacceptable business practice. You can’t sell product and charge SO much for it but then never actually send it. That is fraud and theft.Initial Complaint

I purchased one of his kaleidoscopes in September of 2022 for $200. After waiting several months for a shipping notification I contacted the company to ask how much longer it would take. Bought from this person's business in January of 2022, months pass and we hear nothing from the individual. They are constantly posting on social media. We reach out about our order, we get a generic email back not addressing the issues. We wait and reach out again same generic email. They took 100 dollars from us and provided nothing in return. They have yet to send out many orders. They have transitioned to a new website and new sales model.Initial Complaint

Paid $260 for a Kaleidoscope on Nov, 7 2022. Was told it was 4-6 week wait. Have contacted them 3 times. Been almost five months now. And only receive generic responses that they are behind and do not give refunds. All I want is my money back.
