On May 14 ,2020 the company was hired to do a GEO report on a property that we are trying to build a house, the company did charge the amount of $3,600 and was paid in full and the report was delivered on July 10,2020, the report was sent to the city of Los Angles for approval and the city rejected the report because it was not completed and a few items needed to be done on the report (see attached petition from the city) due to COVID the city took a long time to review the report and send us the rejection on 10/2022, the company was contacted on December of 2022 and send the items that the city requested the company, they never reply until January 2023, apologizing for the delay because the person in charge M*** Workman was sick, but stated that he was going to take care of the items in a few weeks, my architect contact them by email with the status of the report by the end of February of 2023 and no one reply back to us the architect call them and no one answer the phone, so thy left a message and no one call back, same thing in March and April, I did call and got a hold of the secretary which told me that her boss was on a meeting and could not get to my call, let a message for M*** asking him to call us with status of the report and he never call back, to the point that I drove all the way to their office in Ventura and M*** could not attend me because was on a "important meeting" I left and they never call us back, to this point 6 months past by and nothing, I have to hired a different company to do the job, paying again full price because they have to do the job that the other company did not do, to this day no one has call us or email to us back, I do want my money back since they did not complete the job and the should be out of business, the company is terrible. Please help.
