In June of 2022 we hired HS tree service to come out to our home at 186 N. Kalorama, Ventura to do some tree trimming and land scape service. While Janeth with Tree Service and Landscape was at our home we asked her if they did concrete work and if they installed artificial grass as we needed some valley gutter installed for drainage and artificial grass installed. Janus said that they could do the work and said that she would have someone come out and measure and give us a quote for the work. on July 23rd Janeth with HS Tree Service and Landscaping sent us a estimate for the work of $7,900.00. On July 30th after my wife and I discussed the proposal we agreed and told Janus to proceed with the work. she them said that she needed a $3500.00 deposit to be able to start any work and to send it through Zelly. On august 1st my wife sent her $2,000.00. My wife had never used zelly before so they would only send $2,000.00 for a first time user. my wife told Janeth that she would give the rest to her when she was there next week. On august 9th Janeth they told us that we were to difficult to work with and wouldn't do the work for us. They did not show up to do any work and will not answer any calls and have refused to return our $2,000.00 deposit. PLEASE HELP
