    I first contacted F******* @ RKM in June, 2022. My schedule could not be accommodated. 9/12/22: Call from F*******: Discussed my tight schedule & inability to veer or make changes: available after 7:00 PM on alternating Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun & Tues/Thurs/Sat. F******* can now accommodate. Services discussed; Vanquish ME selected. 10/4/22: Call to F*******: Reassurances about schedule accommodation. 4 Vanquish sessions scheduled (10/10, 10/13, 10/19, 10/25). Total cost: $2000. 10/10/22: Call from F*******: Appointment canceled; rescheduled 11/2. 10/13/22: 1st appointment. Schedule reassurances given. Advance payment of $2000 collected. During session, I expressed concerns about low heat levels & repeated interruptions of the session. 10/19/22: Call from F*******: Appointment canceled. I expressed concern. F******* apologized, offering 2 additional free sessions. 10/25/22: Call from F*******: 10/25 & 11/2 appointments canceled. I expressed dissatisfaction. New schedule: 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22. I needed time to check schedule. F******* not happy. Text to F*******: "...only 1 (new date) works for me... While I greatly appreciate you trying to work with my...schedule, it's obvious that this isn't working out very well for either of us... I think it's best for me to request a ($2000) refund...we can try again (when schedule opens up)..." Missed call & VM from F*******: "... I'm here waiting to talk to you..." Followed by text: "... I think we can work this out I have been trying to accommodate you You have had a treatment. Let's talk." Call to RKM; no answer. VM left; text sent: "...I realize you have been trying to accommodate me...I've had one treatment, but there has been a lot of rescheduling. It's obviously proving to be more difficult than you anticipated to accommodate my tough schedule, and it's difficult for me to keep changing the dates... " 10/27/22: Missed call from F*******; no VM. Call returned; VM left. No contact from RKM since 10/27.

    I contacted this office as a new patient to make an appt to see the Dr for a physical. First issue was the office staff I spoke with said I couldn't schedule a physical for my first appt since the Dr not having any availability for it for some time, but I was able to at least schedule an initial appt so I could get my existing prescription renewed. I called the office about a day after sending my paperwork to confirm it was received & we scheduled an appt for about 3 days later for this initial visit and I requested leave from my job since it was an afternoon appt. I showed up to my scheduled appt & the staff informed me she had tried to call me earlier in the day to let me know the Dr was ill & couldn't see me. I checked my phone & confirmed I had no missed calls & no voicemails. Staff said they were unable to leave me a message. I don't think they actually remembered to call though as I know my phone/service were working fine as I received a missed call & voicemail from someone else earlier that day...I also asked why the office couldn't have tried to call more than once, texted, or emailed & they kept saying we don't email or text. I told them I had to take time off of work for this & would have appreciated more notice. What's also weird is the office e-mailed with me to get my paperwork and I also received a text the day before my appt to confirm the appt, which I did and got a reply confirmation. I know that many offices will require you give notice of a cancelled/ rescheduled appt 24 hours in advance or they will charge you a fee for the late notice. Seems like this expectation should go both ways or at least us patients should be treated with a little more respect since we also have our own schedules & obligations to attend to. It is really unfortunate as I was looking forward to seeing this Dr and establishing a relationship with the office, but I will not be returning due to the issues the office staff is having with disorganization & incompetence.
