      I stayed at the pierport inn from October 19th- October 21st and during the first night stay i found a condom on the floor and was immediately disgusted about it. I went to the front office and they moved me rooms. They then told me id get a discount on the rate but once i moved rooms. The second room i moved into was just as dirty, with hair in the sink and hair in the shower. Spider webbs and spiders in most corners. Plus food exploded all over the microwave. This place has a housekeeping problem. And i was still charged the full rate.

      I used the Pierpont Inn’s website to make a reservation for a two night stay to celebrate St Patrick’s Day on 3-17 and 3-18 2022. I called and spoke to a Pierpont Inn employee at noon on the day of our arrival and was assured that the room I had reserved online was available. Upon arrival to the hotel, the employee working at the desk informed us that the room was “dirty” and that our initial reservation could not be accommodated. After some negotiation, the employee agreed to honor our reservation, advising us that we could return in “an hour or two” (past their advertised check in time). We agreed to this and refused the room we were initially offered. I called the Pierpont Inn an hour and a half after our arrival, and the same employee who had originally assured me the reserved room was available once again stated that our room was ready and we could return to the Pierpont Inn and check in to a different room, which was what I originally reserved. Upon check in, the fireplace does not work. This was the entire ‘selling feature’ of the specific room I reserved. The reason I am filing this complaint is that I am unable to even locate contact information for a manager, owner, or associate of this hotel. The only number listed on their contact page rings the front desk of the Pierpont Inn, and the employees at the desk claim that they are unaware of any method for contacting ‘management’ and cannot even tell me who owns or runs this hotel. Since I, the consumer, have no apparent discourse in having my complaints resolved, I am filing a complaint with BBB; perhaps I can gain insight into who to contact to resolve my complaint.
