Owner is extremely judgemental, rude, insensitive and short. You will get no answered from her even if you are sincere like I was. (At first) until she threatened me and didn’t give me my deposit- A) she threw my money at my face. Will not listen to anything you say and will tell u to B) shut up even in front of you're kids Even other guests. C) I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. But my children and myself were uncomfortable. I should have called the cops.

The comments are false and frivolous. She used to leave her two minor children alone in the room which is illegal and they used to cry in the room. Even the neighboring people were making complaints. She used to call extra persons and seems to remain under the influence of some sort of drug. She was not willing to check out by checkout time. Nobody was rude as alleged rather she shut the door in the face of receptionist after getting the deposit back.Review from Pamela A

Booked this reservation through booking.com. When I called the motel to confirm, the woman didn’t ask the spelling of my last name and told me I had no reservation, when I insisted that I give her the spelling of my lady name, she hung up on me again. I’ve read many reviews that have indicated the place is infested with bed bugs.Review from S O.

DO NOT STAY HERE BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS If I could choose 0 stars, it's still more than this business deserves. There was clear evidence of bed bugs, and they called us liars to our face, proceeded to tell us that visitors had brought them. Then you, the motel, are infested. They then told us if they booked the room we would get a full refund. They wouldn't give us a copy of our receipt, which had our signatures and information on it. Not even a photocopy. The woman at the desk was screaming that it’s her record, like it’s not also my receipt. Rude, rude people that don't work with you, even when they're the problem. We were in the parking lot informing people to check their beds while we called OSHA and the Better Business Bureau. This shouldn't even be a business. The city should do full inspections, for the safety of its consumers. Third party sites shouldn't host this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.Travelers Beach Inn Response

The cooment are devoid of facts. There are no bed bugs at all and the rooms are regularly inspected by a proffessional firm besides housekeeping staff on regular basis. They cannot be given b ack check-in record, which is meant for business. They got their booking cancelled and got full refund and no longer fall in thhe category of customers. Thereafter. the room was taken by other customer, who had no comlaint. So, the comments are false merely based on unwarranted apprehension. Thanks.
