      I got a life insurance on 11/2021 and also my husband. Well he filed divorce and we were closing some stuff and decided to close the insurance from National Life group. I have tried multiple times to let them know to please cancel the policy. They response is yes we will, and still receive the paperwork stating I have a past due amount. I call again and they inform me that they are working on it. Well it has passed 3 months and they still don’t close it. I was looking at their reviews and they aren’t good. I’m requesting to please do an investigation for the company and see what else I will need to do to get the policy for sure cancelled.

      The client was taken off monthly payments from the insurance company when we requested to close the policy; when that happens the system sends an automatic letter with quarterly
      payments and no payments need to be made if the client chooses to keep their policy closed.

      The client has not been drafted(made any payments) by the insurance company from either of the policies since she requested to cancel. I sent 2 emails (client was cc in one) and called
      twice to request a complete cancellation of her policies to which the insurance company stated a request had been sent.

      She will be receiving an email with the surrender policy paperwork that she needs to complete and send back.

      I am confused as to what the complaint was really about and hope to get things cleared out. Please let me know if there is anything needed from my side to get this resolved, I appreciate your time.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I already signed the form that I was sent after I made the complaint, I still don’t have the forms of the cancellation. 
      If I requested more than 5 times to get my policy cancelled, why wait until I placed a complaint to BBB to get the surrender form.
