I ordered and prepaid motorcycle parts ( 2 items ) from C**** @ wide.open.throttle in ventura for $ 4,945.73 on 10/14/2021. Waited two months for the exhaust system. Tired of waiting, I call C**** on 12/14/2021 for a update. His answer was; It's gonna be another 2 months before delivery. Not willing to wait any longer, I decided to cancel the item previously charged to my credit card for $1,450+tax. I then asked C**** to use this credit to purchased other items for the motorcycle build. His response was that he wanted to keep the money for the labor that he will perform on the motorcycle later on. I refused. I made a list of parts that equaled about the $1450 owed. He quoted me over the phone a insane price for the same parts which he had already given me a price for, with a pissy attitude because I would not let him keep the money. Fed up with his B.S. at that point, I had not taken delivery of any merchandise and decided to have the credit card company reverse the charges on 12/30/2021. C**** contested the withdraw from his account and won. The money was back in his account on 1/19/22. He now has the money $4945.73, refuses to give me my parts and credit, cuts off any communication attempts I made trying to resolve all this. I have zero leverage, please help me. I would like to fax supporting documentation.

I can confirm that the credit card charge was disputed on 12/30/2021 without ever talking to us, so we could refund the money directly. I do however not know where Mr.A***** is getting his information from... as of today, our bank has not received a repoonse from his bank and the charges are still under dispute.

****** A*****'s bank may have charged him the funds again, but does not mean we have received the funds. The screen shot provided shows Square, our credit card service provider, has a dispute filed on Dec 31, 2021 for the amount $4945.73 which is Mr. A*****'s dispute. It shows still being under bank review and we are told that can take up to 50 days, with an estimate completion date of 31 March, 2022.Customer response

Ok, I can wait few more weeks. Once you get your money, I get my S&S 128" kit and refund for the thunderheader exhaust which is $1500, right?
