High pressure tactics, AND the prices are not posted anywhere. I do not recommend this store.

Rachels Best Soaps and Selected Cosmetics used high pressure sales tactics to sell me products I did not want and could not afford. They sold me skin care products at extremely inflated prices. They lied about other skin care options and their costs. They used unethical tactics, manipulation, inflicting mental duress and exhaustion. No matter how much I tried to leave or express that I could not afford the products, the sales rep would not relent. She told me stories, and exploited my state of mind. She was degrading my self esteem over many hours as I felt I could not leave with product on my face. She did this on purpose to wear me down. Kim, the sales rep pressured me into believing I was not taking good care of myself, and this opportunity would never come again, and even went so far to say it was an opportunity from God. I asked several times about a refund policy and she refused to answer but instead used distraction and diversion tactics by offering me a modeling position and getting to sign a paper without me realizing it was a no refund policy. She did many other things to convince me to buy the products no matter how many times I tried to get out of the situation until I finally succumb. I returned them two days later, unopened and unused which was instructed by my Chase Credit Card who is now in an ongoing dispute with them over the unethical sale. I believe they have violated civil law codes #8, #13, #17. I spoke with both the store manager Benjamin, and office manager David on Nov 8th and videotaped the return of all the products. Rachels Best Soap sent a letter and lied about this return and contact by saying I never contacted them in regards to returning the products. They can not be trusted and should not be in business, They are running a scam. I have spoken to many others who have also been treated horribly by them and are unhappy with the products.
