Check out Yelp and you we'll read about several very unhappy clients who use Linda wall and or her daughter Stephanie for tax preparation. I personally use Linda for 3 years and this past year was an absolute nightmare. Four different versions of my tax return for my review. Four times finding various errors Linda had made due to absolute carelessness. She still wanted and I peed her her full $480 fee last year for personal income tax return state and federal. She owns zero responsibility for the errors nor even a simple apology. Stay away from this firm.

This is the first time in 25 years as an Enrolled Agent I have had a bad review. This client has left out some important facts. 1. Her tax return is quite complex. 2. It is company policy to send a copy of the tax return to the client to review before final electronic filing. 3. The paperwork she sent was confusing and required quite a bit of time to decipher. 4. I believe she did not like the fact that I would not give her a discount for 2021 tax preparation. 5. Since she believes I made so many errors on her tax return, why would she want to come back for 2021. Since The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, there have been 7 additional tax reform acts. These changes in the tax law require a considerable amount of tax education for the Tax Preparer and the Pandemic has put stress on all us. She fails to understand this situation. I so sorry she felt she had to say these awful things about me and my firm because she did not get her way to get a discount on the 2021 tax preparation.
