The belt squeaked from day one, but I was moving and didn't have time to return it to Amazon. I used it only 2 months and it died after the Amazon return period had expired. I called Amazon support but they couldn't help due to me having it longer than 90 days. They did say it has a 1 year warranty and to contact Panda. I went to Panda Appliances website and found a sales email, but nothing else. No phone numbers, no other emails so I emailed them on 05/15/2022 and still no response. So today I spent time tracking down Panda's warranty/service contact info and it was like pulling teeth. I finally found a contact phone number for them here on the Better Business Burue BBB website (they are not acredited with BBB) so I called Panda and got a recorded messege with an email to contact them with for warranty work. Today 05/25/2022 I forwarded my email to their warranty email requesting they resolve my issue with the broken dryer. I'd HIGHLY suggest that if you buy one of these dryers that you buy the Amazon extended warranty. I'd also highly suggest that if you have issues with the warranty support to leave a BBB complaint even if they are not accredited in order to warn others. These complaints will show up in Google searches. I am now waiting on their response to my email regarding my broken dryer.
