      On October 7, 2023, I made an online order from Popcornopolis (www.popcornopolis.com), Order# *****, for 12 cheddar cheese tall cones to be sent to my dad for his birthday. The website, once you choose to browse available 'Cheese' popcorn flavor offerings, showed a picture of 4.5 oz. cones. Elsewhere on the website, it describes mini cones as .87-2.7 oz. and regular cones as 2.75-12 oz. I was sent 12 cones--but they each were only 2.5 oz.! I phoned their customer service--**********--and left a message. Two days later, I called again and spoke with somebody. I spoke with somebody a second time the following week. Both times, I was told by the agent that somebody from the company would return my call, but that never happened. The website, under 'Shipping and Returns' '100% Satisfaction' declares: "If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact our customer service team. We'll provide you a replacement or a refund. It's that simple, and it's our promise to you." I am far from satisfied. What my father received was about half the amount of what the website led me to believe he'd receive. Also, there was no birthday note/message included with the shipment, although I had filled out the request for one when I ordered. I have ordered from Popcornopolis several times during the past couple of decades, and their customer service and care has been stellar. This is the first time that the *************************** has not been ********************** directly, but a third party, Barcel USA, LLC. I hadn't even requested a refund the first time that I spoke with the agent--merely that the right amount of popcorn (the right item) be sent to my dad, what I had been shown on popcornoplis.com that he'd be getting.

      Placed on line order on 1/11/23. Realized after clicking place order, that the price of shipping was astronomical. Within 5 minutes of placing order, went on line within their system to request cancellation. Also left voice message at place of business. Called their emergency number as well. No response to all of the above. Next morning did same thing. Finally got a human at the emergency line. Was told there was no issue in cancelling order. After approx. 5 days, received order. Nothing on box (shipper information) except outside tape with Popcornopolis on tape. Called and left message, also left email messages within their system. Then called credit card company to request dispute. When you call the company, no one picks up or calls back. It asks you to leave phone number, but it doesn't matter.

      I am ****************************************************** Booster. We did a fundraiser with Popcornopolis which ended in February 2022. We have not received our monies that we raised. They sent checks to the ********************************* Program, three times. They wanted the**************** cash and give us the money. We did not do that because it would have reflected on their fundraising non profit and not ours. I have given them our banking information for direct deposit and still nothing. They will not return phone calls or emails any more. I have over 50 emails from February to today from them that I can print, scan and send to you.

      I did a fundraiser with popcornopolis and was supposed to receive half of what we sold which would be $64.00 Mt group name is*************** I was told to complete a IEN form and then the check would be processed. I have been calling and emailing and have not gotten any response.

      The class of 2025 from our school ordered popcorn via a fundraiser on 12/01/2021. We were assured delivery by 12/20/2021. It is 01/06/2022 and the popcorn has still not shipped. I have been in contact with the organization multiple times and with multiple individuals and cannot get a clear answer on why this order has not shipped or when it will. They have filed a shipping label, but have not shipped anything yet.
