I preordered 4 status from this business in 2022, all of the statues had dates of delivery from June-Oct 2023. When Oct 2023 came around, I sent an email asking if the statues were still going to be made and when. I received an email stating that they were still going to be made but no reply as to when they were to be expected. In Jan 2024, i received emails stating that all 5 statues were available and I had 5 days to order them. They have two systems and when I went to the old system to try to order my items, their system wouldn't allow me to check out. I sent an email request through their system and never heard back. They are now claiming they never received it and that since my 5 days have past, my money that i put down on the items are forfeit.Initial Complaint

Consumers should know that this company asks for your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER when making a purchase! Its not required, but you cant tell its not required. The language used on that screen implies it IS required. This puts buyers in danger of scams and identity theft. This is extremely suspect. Is it even legal to collect this?Initial Complaint

In 2022 I was charged for a pre-order. I have since been informed by Iron Studios that the item is sold out. To their credit, they have stated they have sent emails prior to the event. However, I closely monitor my inbox and junk folders because of content erroneously identified in the past as junk by the email logic. I never saw the emails in question. Now I am not able to be refunded my downpayment. The business has offered to provide a gift card, however, given their suspicious contact methods up until now, I can't trust that I would receive a follow-on item, even if I were able to find something of interest on their site. If you intend to order directly from Iron Studios in the future, I would recommend caution.Initial Complaint

I have been waiting for a month for ************ to address a missing piece of a ***** ***** statue I purchased. I emailed them on December 31 telling them about the missing piece and got a reply a few days later asking for pictures. I sent them, but there was no reply. The same thing happened nearly two weeks ago. I sent pics to a different representative and then no reply. This is an expensive purchase and they are not communicating with me about how the defective statue will be fixed.Business response
