I purchased 2 earpods from Lenskey which then used Yunexpress (3rd party courier) to deliver a parcel package on a Saturday at a Business that is on a dead end road. Which means we have cameras down the road and on the property. They claimed they delivered the package when no vehicle came down that road at all on Saturday. I am going back and forth through email with them keep telling me it was delivered. So either they kept the package or just decided not to deliver it. With that being said, this company is not like Amazon and it has insurance which now they don't want to honor. So what are consumers supposed to do when big companies steal money and product from American people. Order Number XM1JB0G014722 YT2422921266016969 tracking number UUS48H0465397885835. They say package delivered on 7/12 at 11am but it was NOT. I was sitting by the front door and nobody showed up. I didn't get a notification of any kind nor a picture showing delivered like Amazon does and when I finally spoke to someone they refused to refund me and said to wait 3 business days to see if it comes?? Nonsense. I want my order or my money back PERIOD. I ordered from Amazon and the person could not give me a phone # or a supervisor to speak with. This us so upsetting and unfair. Don't say you delivered the item if you didn't. That makes me think this is a scam!!! Yan *********Initial Complaint

I had a small package delivered to my house today from yunexpress. My cameras alerted me that somebody was at my front door. A man with my package was looking through my front door and jiggling my handle. Then he went to my side door and did the same thing. Untill he realized my husband was home and was coming out of the garage the man put the package down and left!!!! I have it all on videoInitial Complaint

The ******************* advertised an online product for sciatic pain offering a 100% money back guarantee. I ordered two of the braces totaling $107.95. The product came and I tried it for over 21 days. It did not provide any type of relief for the sciatic pain as the company had described and promised. After 21 days of use, I requested a refund. Now they are giving me the run around about the refund and wanting pictures of me wearing the brace. The refund policy does not state any type of requirements such as that to get the refund. Based on customer reviews, I am seeing this company is scamming many people and it needs to stop. Thank-you for any help you can give.Sincerely,*************************Initial Complaint

Bought shoes on 4/2/23 from Sissistyles.com who uses *** Express for shipping. I paid $38 for the shoes and an extra $66 for 'express' shipping. It's now 4/16 and I can't get an answer from ************************ *** Express' tracking data shows the package passing though *****, **********, ********, and then ******. I think the tracking info is bogus and I want my money back. Ordered a TV android device, late February, from a *************** that uses YunExpress for shipping. The device cleared customs and YunExpress placed a hold exception on further shipping via US **** Services. Sent several emails to company and received no response. Also sent emails to manufacturer, who referred me to YunExpress for "further info". This business is irresponsible. I contacted SissiStyles and placed an order with them on 01/28/23, for a pair of Purple/US size 9.5 Women's ***** style leather shoes (SKU # SPDFFR1TC8A). The order number given to me , by text is ********. i paid $31.95 and $9.90 shipping fee; for a total of $41.85. At the time , I had No Idea that Sissistyles.com is located in England. The shoes were pictured on ********* I have been trying to track this one package since February 2, 2023, with little to No Progress. I have sent numerous emails to the SissiStyles.com with No response. So far, I found a message that states that the shoes had arrived in *** and YunExpress will deliver the shoes by February 28, *****. The Tracking Number I have at this time is YT2303221272315328. Please help me with this company to see if they have the package or this is just a big lie and a total scam. If this is a lie/scam; then, I want my entire $41.85 immediately.Thank you!Initial Complaint

ordered merchandise from ******. got trackin number and tracking info on delivery. shown delivery of merchandise but got only small 4 oz packlage with tracking number to show mertchandise shipped mailed from address in *********** giving ****** the runaround on shipment. within 3 weeks of order on ****** price of merchandise doubled. scam shipping agent yun express as shown as scam agent on google search. everything here is a scam from a *********
