      I received a shipment from **** *** and never ordered anything from them. There is no packing slip or any information. There is no way to contact them to ask about the shipment. I am afraid that they have my credit card information.

      I received an order of shoes I ordered there was no notification from the sender, no notice from the delivery service that my package was delivered, no packing slip , no name on the package other than the shipping address on ************** in ******. I need to return the shoes and receive a refund but have no way to either return the shoes nor call whomever sent the shoes. Please help

      My package was not delivered to my apartment door-212. I asked **** to.push my code 023 to come in and leave all of my packages in front of my apartment door-212. My last.package was.left outside and someone else got the package. The tracking number is UUS0463077652664

      Ordered these letters piggy banks for my grandkids.. supposed to be personalized. Only received stickers with products. Returned to shipping department and then I am told it has to go back to ***** for a refund. No invoice or address except the shipping department address which is where I mailed it back to.

      Received an unsolicited package in mail from **** ** (T42) Shipping Department **************************************************************. It was sent via **** Ground Advantage. Underneath the shipping label appears to be another shipping label. The package contained a small box and inside the box was what appears to be a cheap money clip with the initials LPE embossed on one side. I did not order this product. I will be returning it to the sender.

      I have no record of ordering anything from this company, though I was looking for an item like they sent. I may have ordered online and the credit-card company would have a record. Nothing in Paypal. Anyway, it arrived bashed in, broken, and will not function. It is a miniature dress form, and it has no rod attached to the torso part. They included a 4" stick that you can mount the torso on, and a stand, but the stick doesn't fit in the stand, which requires a threaded end that screws in the stand base. I would send it back, but it was a small expenditure, under $35, but I still want to complain because these people just sent me parts and pieces of junk.

      I ordered a size 3X hunting vest and received a Size Small. There is no information about how to go about is contacting this company to begin to just get a refund. I do not have a receipt inside the bag, there are some numbers on the outside of the bag and I am not sure if they are helpful but it is all that I have to provide. ****************** and there is a barcode and the number there is ***************. I ordered this package about 3 weeks ago and I paid about $70 for it. I appreciate your help with this.
