Ordered a shower curtain it was the wrong size couldn't use it. Asked to send it back but they refuse to take it back, said I could order another one of correct size with a 20% discount but I am stuck with a shower curtain that I CAN'T USE. There is no number to get in contact with them & they won't send me any information on how to send the item back. I want to know how do I get my money back and return the item which I can't use.Review from [email protected]

I received an UNORDERED plastic compass **** this company. No information included in the envelope, just the item. It is disturbing that they have my name and address.

The businesses at this address are all email .scammers based overseas, mostly likely in China. Twice, under fictitious corporate names I ordered what I thought were legitimate items, and twice, I received wrong orders: Once incomplete and then a wrong size. Efforts to contact the merchant for exchanges and/or refunds were stymied by lack of a way to contact them. NO phone #s. An email message when into who knows where? Why hasn't the State of California done anything about this consumer travesty? I am certain 1000s of Americans have experienced this ripoff from any number of Chinese-based e-commerce companies working out of this address. And...the commercial realtors who leased the property must know they are facilitating fraud.. Come on regulators...DO SOMETHING!Review from Jacqueline S

What a fraud and ripoff!! I ordered a full length amber lightbar, that was advertised thru Facebook, and received one that would fit in your mailbox. No where near the one described or posted on the website. Said it came from China when it was postmarked Vernon, California. I am ******!!!!Review from Tammy

I received a package in the mail today from Dept.CA with three small stockings and 3 small bells. I have no idea where they came from. I checked all my accounts, I never ordered anything and I certainly didn't order these.
I really hope they don't find a way to charge me. Not sure what I should do. There's nothing in the package paperwise.

Should not get even one star. This is a scam. Everything they sell is not as described, ubstandard, no packing slip, canno return. Do not buy anything from these people!
