      I ordered magnetic eyelashes off of ******** site. I received them. They were NOT as described. Do not work. There is NO brand, NO return/refund information on inside or outside of packages. I have no way to contact the store. The **** package has only a shipping address, but no name. QR code with video is in Chinese/Japanese and will not open.

      Website Hike-footwear.com States refunds accepted with 30 days of receipt. No communication with the exception of form email as response to initial complaint, despite numerous requests from me. The shoes have such a foul chemical smell that I cannot even have them in my house. I paid $60 for these shoes and can't use them.I think this company is a scam, and while $60 isn't a great deal of money for a lot of people, when you are on social security, it's a weeks worth of groceries.

      I ordered two pair of compression socks and would like to return them for a different size. However, all prior attempts have failed. aShipping package only has :Shipping Department ***********************************************************************

      I purchased 2 pairs of pants that were shipped from this location that were way too long. When trying to return them this address was the only information I could find on the package because there was no invoice inside.Since there is no way to return them I am filing this complaint.

      The items do not even come close to fitting they are way too small. I ordered 7 bras in size 38 D. The Bras don't even cover half of my b****** They probably wouldn't even cover a B cup. If I can't get the right size I want my money back

      I purchased a jacket very similar to the senario of 9/29/23. The size chart used is inacturate to US size therefore what you receive is much smaller (unable to get one arm totally in). When asked for a refund I am asked to take pictures of the item opened, out of package (which I had already had nicely repackaged) with packaging at which time they will provide return shipping address. Their return policy is 15 days from date received to do this. Just getting a response took 6 days off the *************** provided me was Europian I believe Itally which would cost me $$$$ more than the jacket to return within the given time frame without paying extra to expedit the service more $$$$. When I tried the phone number (to see why I cannot ship to the CA address) on their website it rang once and went to a busy signal multiple times (first red flag). When I put in the address from where the jacket was shipped from here in ***********, **. Why would they have me ship to ***** when the item could be restocked from where it came from? I work for a **************** and this is what we do (the second red flag). Then I researched the address that the jacket was sent from and I see all these negative complaints for which I identify with (third red flag). 3 strikes I am out and contacted my bank to report fraud. I now have them investigating. To be continued, this company needs to be removed ASAP to protect the consumer. I have the jacket which will be my evidence when and if needed.

      I received something from this seller that I have no idea why. I called my discover because of fraud there has been no charges from this address. Im very concerned how they got my address in CA. I wanted to let you know in case of fraud from them. I have no name but there is this address Shipping ******************************************************************** This is fraud because I never placed an order

      Dotmallsbra.shop is the company. I ordered 2 bras that are poorly made and dont fit. They came from ***** **************************************************************************. I am trying to return and thru an email they said they have to be returned to *****, shipping costs $80. I feel like I have been scammed. I looked for a charge on bank statement and it is paid to Sherem in NY for $68.98 on 1/4/24. This is very suspicious. Looks like I have been taken. Be careful!
