      On October 29, 2022 I placed an order with SM Wholesale. After being lied to about the availability of an item I'd ordered earlier, I emailed the company and asked for a refund. As my last two emails were ignored and the refund not processed for oreder# XXXXX as of today, November 04, 2022, I'm asking the ********************** to intervene and help me get my ordered refunded. For your convenience, please find attached screencaps of my receipt.

      I ordered a pair of boots that came with holes and gouges in the leather I got in contact with the wormer right away about getting them replaced. I would get no response for days and weeks and then eventually get told the replacement pair would be shipped out but never turned up and I never received tracking. Weeks go by and nothing and then I'm told again the will be shipped out July 4th. Again no tracking and nothing showed up. Contacted business again and have not received a response or the boots yet.

      I ordered a John Wayne silver tiger stripe boonie hat size 7 1/4 and John Wayne tiger stripe uniform top size medium on April 4, 2022. After shipping it was 200 dollars. I called the business on April 25th and was told to get in touch with Juan because he thought a bunch of tiger stripe stuff was going out. I wasn't able to get in touch with Juan until May 5th and he told me my order would be going out that week. It has been a week since that call and still nothing. I have emailed and called and I am still without an explanation of the delay or my products. I would like what I paid for or a refund.

      On 11/13/2020 I ordered the following items after receiving an ad for a "Veteran's Day Sale." 1. Kriegsmarine Double-Breasted Leather Coat - Size 42 2. USAAF B-2 Shearling Leather Cap - Size 7/38 3. USN Boondockers, Black Leather Boots - Size 11 4. USAAF A-3 Mechanic's Cap, O.D. - Size 7 3/8 5. USAAF A-3 Mechanic's Cap, Tropical - Size 7/38 6. Fury Horsehide Leather Gloves, w/o Buckle - Size LG. Order was received piecemeal over many weeks. Several items including A-3 caps were not the correct size and/or were marked incorrectly. Kriegsmarine coat and B-2 cap were returned due to length of time to process order and poor sizing/quality control. Unfortunately, S.M. Wholesale would not issue a simple return and refund. I was forced to take store credit. On 05/24/2021, the owner and I agreed upon a replacement order for items which would satisfy my store credit. USPS tracking number for return of original order: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Confirmed delivered on 06/10/2021. Thereafter, I received part of my replacement order. Again, items were incorrectly sized and/or missing from order. On October 10, 2021, I returned the partially fulfilled replacement order. I sent a detailed letter with the order which explained the situation. The letter also included a comprehensive list of items I ordered since November 2020. The letter contained all items that had been ordered since that time. It outlined items that had been fulfilled, items that had not been received yet, and items which either had to be returned or exchanged again because they were still not correct. Thereafter, I received a jacket which was part of the replacement order from May 2021. The jacket was the wrong size. A replacement of the P-41 HBT utility set was never sent. Even then, that still would leave a credit balance.
