      ******************************************************************* >60 individuals including myself have not received their orders after purchasing clothing from the Young & Reckless company. This is fraud. All I want now is a refund from this company but they do not communicate with anyone.

      I placed all in October website states that items was delivered. I have never received the item. I emailed them times .they take days to respond back and state different dates every time that the order will be shipped I asked for a refund multiple times and still have not received a refund

      I payed for a product and never received it, the company said that it shipped at first which was not true, and then they said that the package must be returned on my expense and that I must pay for the shipping and handling fees for a product THAT I NEVER GOT. I just want my product or my money, at this point I dont want to advertise their company anyways so I want my money back. I dont want a cent lower than what I payed .

      This company is very fraudulent in their business practices. Items will have an estimated ship date. This will just update every 2 weeks; apparently indefinitely. I purchased a Hoodie on 4/20/2022 - it said it would ship 5/1/2022 - it has updated every 2 weeks with a shipping date now of 3/13/2023 - which will only continue to change.The business continues to list the same item for sale on the website. Does not respond to customer service inquiries. Currently there is NO PRE ORDER POLICY on the site. The was also not one at the time I placed the order. In between, briefly - there was a policy posted at one point saying cancelled pre-orders are only eligible for store credit. Which makes ZERO sense because the items are fully returnable if they were to actually be received and are in no way final sale items. Maybe they have revoked that since there is not currently any policy listed.I dont know hat has happened to this brand or why I have 3 open orders ranging from 11 months to 4 months odl that i have not received my items for.This has taken up my money and the customer service is abhorrent. Order ****** - placed 4/20/2022 - this feels like a JOKE theres a Hoodie in that order from ELEVEN months ago. If its still back ordered, I suppose I still want it but is there a discount for this delay? ELEVEN months? Thats not really excusableOrder ****** - placed 10/4/2022 - NOTHING has shipped, $200 order of winter clothes winter is over is the status here? Order ****** - placed 11/13/2022 - has partially been shipped, thats cool, its been almost FOUR months, hows the other half going?

      I have been ordering from young and reckless since march of 2019 I order some things in March of 2022 some items were pre orders so I knew I would have to wait but every month I went to check ****** told me next month, I moved in the summer. Got locked out my old email and got a new bank account with I told her about my email new address and new bank. She kept saying that the order was delay for about 10 months. The last time I spoke to ****** before today was in Nov and she said dec 12 my package would be shipped. So dec 12 yesterday I go to check the website I sign in looked at my order sheet and it said cancelled and refunded. I email them and say I didn't get my refund. ****** day we sent it to your banks . And there's nothing we can do and been ignoring me ever since. I close that bank account over the summer when I moved wich I told ****** that. Now they are not answering me and if the bank account is closed the bank more then likely sent them the money back so why can't I get my money. I hav pics of all my lifetime orders including the march one that says refunded. And I will send a pic of her email saying she sent it to an old bank and there's nothing she can do.. I just want my money back .... I've spent hundreds in months with them over a thousand since 2019 and for them to treat me like that is unacceptable

      I ordered 3 pairs of clothing for $60 about 2 months ago and the tracking says they've still only made a label. I've now received emails asking to review the products that I've ordered, but I've still never received them.

      I placed an order with this company on November 4. I have tried to follow up multiple times about a tracking number and they keep saying they have a high volume of orders. They also mention it's too late for me to cancel my order even though I never requested that. I was just reading other reviews from customers and it seems like they're having the same issues. Is this company a scan? I spent $101 on 3 pairs of pants for my son. I would like a refund.

      I purchased an item online from young and reckless , also purchased route protection insurance. I never received order and have tried numerous times to contact them with no resolution. I have order number checked with ***** and ***** says delivery is pending because they never received item. Young and Reckless informed me that route protection didn't cover my item. *******.
