I placed an order in October now its December and I still havent received my order. They emailed me a tracking number stating that order was delivered. It was never delivered. I emailed them numerous times and they keep saying items is a pre-order item they continually give me different dates theyre gonna ship item Ive asked for refund multiple times, and they still have not gave me a refund.Review from Nicholas M

The customer does care about customer service at all. So stay as far away as you can from this company. They don't care about the customer only about your money. All they do is send automated messages anytime you need help with anything. Also try to give you free shipping promo thinking that helps after they take your money. ***** company is a f****** joke and Bullshit!!! STAY THE **** AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!Review from Corey W

This company takes time to put heartfelt post from the owner daily , but does not take the time to respond to people whose money they have taken. I ordered two pairs of pants over a month ago and still havent received them. I have reached out to the company through email , Instagram , ******** and cant not get anyone to respond back. t this point at seems as if they have stole my money. I feel bad for people who co tj is to get scammed due to the fact they are posting on running adds on social media daily.Review from Terri R

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order in May 2023 for $140 and never received any of my items. I've emailed and called and have received no response back? When checking their their website, it says they have a high volume of orders and are offering you a 10% discount for future orders. Why would I order again when I haven't received my items from my 1st order? Doesn't make sense. This is not BEST BUSINESS practices. I will let everyone know not to do business with Young & Reckless. In order to submit this NEGATIVE REVIEW you have to select a star rating. I would actually give a negative 10 star review. What a joke.Review from Emily S

Their clothes are decent, but their **************** is a negative 1. They have mystery things that you can order which I think is great, but if you order more than one beware because chances are they will send you duplicate items. How lazy can you be to put duplicate items in the same order. When you ask them about it they say well we warn this can happen on the site so it is your problem. I admit I did not see the disclaimer, but how hard is it for 1 person to pack a single order and not put duplicate items in that order. Seriously how lazy can you be and what kind of business practice is that?????????? Also, when I emailed them about this issue I had to send several emails before I even got a response back.Review from Aubre S

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL! I ordered 2 sweatshirts in large which is the size my boyfriend wears in every other line and these were WAY TOO SMALL. I immediately reached out to exchange them and they said they are FINAL sale. When I purchased them there was nothing that reflected final sale. My receipt doesn't even say sale final sale or reflect that they were a marked down item or on sale. You can't leave a message and they took forever to get back to me. The policy also says the items must have original tags but no tags came on the sweatshirts when delivered. All I want is the items in an XL so he can wear them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I am now fighting the purchase. DO NOT ORDER HERE! I only chose a star because I had to bad.

This company repeatedly lies about the fabric content of their pieces. I have received multiple items that have stated online that they were a higher content of cotton, only to receive them and see that the tags say something completely different. I ordered a hoodie that was supposed to be 80%cotton/20%poly, but the tag says 50/50 cotton/poly. I also just realized a pair or shorts I ordered a while ago and didn't check are posted as 100% cotton on their website and yet, the tag says 60% cotton/40%poly. Pretty sure this is illegal, being that it is false advertising.Review from Robert R

They shipped me a large hoodie instead of a small and I'm swimming in it. Hoodie was $25 on sale but they'd give me $8 back if I returned it. Why are your customers paying for your mistakes? Customer service is a nightmare and I'm not surprised that nobody shops here anymore. And f*ck Drama, too
