Placed an order (#OW1235638) for orthopedic shoes on June 3, 2024 from on online company "Comfort Wear" for $53.95. Received product but shoes are small with no arch support. I reached out to the company twice by email and call numerously at he listed ************ number which is always busy. Comfort Wear websites states to contact by email at ***************************** which I have emailed twice. As of today, July 10, 2024, I have not receive a reply back. The websites states 24 hours I should receive a response. Comfort Wear website states refund policy within 45 days, I believe this company is a scam; charges your card and sells poor product which they have no intention of refunding, and make it impossible to contact them (customer service).

I ordered a pair of shoes from website **************************************************************** The shoes I ordered were advertised as being the best shoes on the market for foot pain. The shoes that I received are made of foam and look like something from the dollar store, They do not have any of the features advertised and are very poorly made, and the wrong size. and The shoes I received do not at all represent the product ordered. The company does not allow or return only a promise of a return if donated.

I ordered shoes from Cofortwear online. I ordered a size larger than my size since they told me sizes ran small. Shoes arrived and are Way too small. The company's policy says that you can return shoes within 45 days of receipt. I requested a refund the day the shoes arrived. Their employee said I needed to send a photo of the shoes I order to determine they were the wrong size. I have submitted the photo. They said they did not recognize the size - 40. I sent them a photo from their shoe stating the size was size 40.I want to return the shoes for a refund and the company refuses to do so. This is my formal complaint to the BBB.Help me.

I ordered orthopedic shoes off an online ad, that had rave reviews. After ordering them, they arrived in a bag (?) from some strange delivery man. (1st red flag) The shoes are way to narrow for orthopedic shoes and really poor quality, and also not true to size at all. I immediately emailed them, given they have no phone number, and waited for a response which took a while. The only responses I keep getting back is to "donate the shoes to **************** They would not clarify anything about a formal return or refund. Their refund policy is listed on their website "45 days money back guarantee". But this seems to be a scam. Trying to find a ************** and getting a receipt is not an option here in LA. If you can't return a product, that is a major red flag. (this is the 2nd time I've ordered products from online ads, and last time it ended up as a *************** that would not accept a return either and they only offered 30% refund), Comfort Wear is only offering a 30% of the total amount paid even after "donation". See uploaded documents. THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM. I researched reviews and it seems hundreds of others are experiencing the same thing. Please do something about this fraudulent company. All I want is my money back.

I ordered a pair of shoes through their company which were delivered and they hurt my feet. I have been trying to get in contact with somebody they say they have no working phone number but I have emailed them several times with the issue. I have no idea where to send them back to and nobody from the company will get back to me.
