We placed an order with Let's Print LA / Level Press (they are one company now) on October 12th for $******* worth of merchandise. 3 weeks later we were told that the hats we selected were backordered and requested a refund. We have yet to see any sort of refund for the hats. I was then told that the merchandise was finished and went to see it in person on November 27th. I was shocked by what I saw. Hoodies: Lacked detail and colors were smudged and missing. The final product was too different from the digital mockups we approved for us to accept and sell. We rejected these items and refused delivery. Sweats: The sweatpants had numerous issues and inconsistencies across every single pair. Issues include: -Design printed over seams -Inconsistent use of ink such that the top of a design would be too much ink and the bottom wouldn't have enough -A part of our design was actually just plain missing on every single pant. It must have been knocked off the screen they made before they started printing. There were so many issues we rejected these items and refused delivery. We requested a refund from the business for the hats, hoodies, and sweatpants with a total dollar value of refund at $*******. Josh, the business owner, said that he only had $**** in his bank account and so the most he could refund us was $2500. This is not acceptable as we paid for goods that were not delivered.
