I ordered 2 tires that were advertised as one size and they sent me another (wrong) size. Do not try to get any information from the customer service ************** work their very unprofessional, Don't answer the phone or i have to tell the when they received the return!Review from Robert H

I should have read reviews. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Never again. What's worse is that I bought from Wal-Mart online thinking I was buying from Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is complicit in this beyond anything. I'll be writing a complaint on Wal-Mart as well. Customer service in ******* has gone to h*** in a hand basket. Both Wal-Mart and online tires will never see another ***** from me again. Both misrepresented product and pricing with neither being honorable to correct the issue. I am glad I purchased with americanexpress who I know will honor getting my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EITHER WAL-MART OR ONLINE TIRES UNLESS you are ok with dealing with the devil.Review from Christopher B

This company sold me 4 tires. I paid for 4 tires. I received tracking number for 4 tires. I was expecting them in 2 days. This company cancelled my order without notification and when I went to reorder, they raised the price by $60+ each. That is unfair to me. That is unethical. This has already been resolved by filing a charge back but this company processed a payment even after the order was cancelled! On top of that after placing the initial order there were multiple phishing attempts to get personal and banking information. This company is acting in fraudulent and illicit state and should be shut down.Review from Dawn K

We are a business and needed to return 2 tires. We reached out to them within the approved return time and were told by Chris that he would send it to the Returns Department to get a return label. We didn't receive anything and proceeded to call every other day for 2 months. Every time we talk to Chris we are told the same thing, he will send it to the Returns Deparment to get labels sent out.
This company has horrible ******** ******* and lie to their customers. I would never deal with this company again!

These idiots sent me the wrong tire TWICE after personally promising me they would make sure I would get the correct tire. I have been without my car for over a week. Bait and switch! Listing one style tire but shipping a completely different style tires. The tires came look like they been previously mounted and tested! No return policy! You must pay your own return label!
