I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding the sales tax charges on my recent order with your company. Despite the tax exemption for clothing under $110 in the *****************, I have been incorrectly charged sales tax.I first brought this matter to your attention on 03/3/2024, and I appreciate the prompt response from your team. However, the subsequent correspondence has left me unsatisfied and confused about the resolution process.In your first response, you acknowledged the issue and promised to investigate further. While I understand that these matters may require some time, I am disappointed by the lack of progress or communication since then.The second email I received attempted to reassure me that sales tax was not charged, providing a breakdown of the taxed amount. However, this does not align with my records, as I have clearly been charged sales tax on my order.Your most recent response implies that because Venum US does not operate in the jurisdictions where the tax exemption applies, it does not apply to my order. This reasoning is unacceptable, as it contradicts ************** law, which clearly exempts clothing under $110 from sales tax, regardless of the retailer's jurisdiction.I am greatly concerned by the inconsistency in your responses and the failure to address this issue satisfactorily. As a loyal customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and adherence to the law from your company.I urge you to rectify this situation immediately by refunding the incorrect sales tax charges and ensuring that proper procedures are in place to prevent similar errors in the future. I want to clarify that Venum does not have a physical operation in ********, which is why the exemption for clothing and footwear under $110 in ************* and ******** Sales Tax does not apply to our company outside of the listed jurisdictions.

I am rejecting this response because: Its based on the customers address where the item is being shipped to for online shopping. This is why your amazon store doesnt charge clothing tax on items shipped to ***. This was confrimed from *** **********************************.

I am sad writing this because I had much higher expectations for Venum. First off, their customer service is horrendous. They don't answer the phone and ***** is *******% unhelpful and just tells stories about his own experiences instead of addressing your own. I was gifted a pair of venum shoes for christmas and was excited only to find out that they sent the wrong size. When I tried to contact them about this, they claimed they "couldn't find" the order and that I must have placed it on Amazon. Even with the transaction number, email address, and physical address they couldn't help me with a simple exchange. Basically they told me i'm out of luck and now I'm stuck with these bulky too big shoes. I am so angry and disappointed with Venum they did not even attempt to fix. On May 28 I placed an order for UFC apparel (3 clothing items) from Venum, I received an email confirming it had shipped on May 29. Venum's website says 3-5 business days shipping. On June 7 (8 business days later) I emailed Venum and they said my shipment was delayed because of customs holding the package in ******. On June 9 I reached out to DHL and they said Venum hadn't arranged a pickup with them, so the package was still at Venum. I emailed Venum and told them this, asking for a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said that the package had already shipped. I contacted DHL again on June 13, *** said that the pickup had not been arranged and Venum had not given them the package. I asked for a refund again and Venum responded on June 14 saying it wasn't possible because they now shipped it for sure. They suggested that I return the items upon delivery and noted that I would be responsible for international shipping fees. On June 20 I contacted DHL again and they said Venum still hadn't given them the package. I emailed Venum and asked for an update. They said the package was lost in transit. I asked DHL and they confirmed they never received the package, so Venum customer service lied 4 seperate times. After demanding a refund Venum finally agreed on June 21, 24 days after paying them. Due to the exchange rate charged by **** I lost $15.35CAD ($183.34-$167.99), all to never receive anything except a head ache. Their customer service would not admit any wrong doing. I believe they would have held onto my money for ever if I didn't chase them for it. I am disgusted by their lying and misleading customer service agents.Initial Complaint

My order took a ridiculously long time to arrive, but thats not really even my biggest issue. Minus the cancelled (out of stock pink shorts) I only received 3 out of 5 items, my knee gel pads (2 sets) were not included. Hi, I bought a pair of boxing gloves from Venum, didn't use them for 2 months as I was traveling, so I just used them for a few weeks. One of the gloves is already showing some tears (one of the sewings is coming out).I bought the item from Amazon. Here are the details:Product details: Venum Dragon's Flight Boxing Gloves - Black/Black-14 oz Order Placed: November 6, 2022 Amazon.com order number: 112-6785124-3169018 Order Total: $60.46 Those are expensive gloves that are supposed to last for many months, not weeks. After contacting the business directly (as suggested by Amazon), they say: "For our warranty, that would be if a customer receives a defective item, and that customer should reach out to us about it within 2 weeks after the item is delivered. And that is also if the item is bought directly from us."I spent 30 minutes trying to get to some resolution without any help from them. I made a purchase from Venum.com on 11/25/22 and when I received the item, it was not as shown in photos & was missing images and logos that should have been on the jacket. I processed and sent the item back and left a note about quality control on their end. On 12/21/22 I received confirmation that the item had been received back at their warehouse. On 1/5/23 I reached out about my return and was told it hadn't been processed yet. I reached back out on 1/10/23 and was given the same response. The return process should not take a month with no one being able to provide an update about the status of my refund.Initial Complaint

11/23/2022 - Order date.I paid $88.10 (***** on my credit card). I did not receive one of the items I ordered (The *** Venum Authentic Fight Week Mens Performance Short Sleeve T -shirt). Instead I was sent a small pair of women's shorts. This shirt was a total of $13.46 (including tax)Order number: ****** I contacted them immediately about the issue and they have yet to do anything to solve it. They keep telling me that they are waiting on the warehouse and it should only be a day or two. Each time I ask they send a similar response and push it back further. When I asked for a credit or for my missing shirt to be sent, they refuse.
