I needed an exchange for size, over many weeks they sent what I needed to an unused mail. They never never answer or return calls. I kept contacting them, they said too much time passed so I had to pay for an exchange. The pants new in bag were returned. Now I get no response as to my exchange. i am trying to return a pair of jeans and cannot get anyone on the phone or on their site to print out a return label which is supposed to be free. I made the mistake of trying to purchase their jeans directly from their website. I have forever regretted this because I can't get them to stop sending me marketing emails. It is bordering on harassment! In the past, I called them and demanded that they stop sending emails. That worked for a while and now they have started sending them all over again. I have hit unsubscribe numerous times. Currently I have 19 **** emails in my spam folder with them arriving daily through today (9/18). I have called them twice and left messages without a call back. Additionally, I received an email from **************** acknowledging my contact with them via their website on 9/10/24 saying that they had unsubscribed me from future emails or texts --- and yet they still come! This is unwarranted marketing and harassment and I want it to STOP!Initial Complaint

I would be fine with paying to return the items if my measurements had been incorrect, but they weren't. At the VERY LEAST, they have charged the return fee of $21.00 on order ******** and should not be charging it again on ******** as the items were returned together in the same package.Initial Complaint

I purchased items from this vendor in early April. It took more than 3 weeks to receive the merchandise, during which time the vendor also refused to cancel the order after multiple requests. Once I received the merchandise in late April, I returned it and it was received at the vendor's warehouse on May 9. I placed an order on June 7th. They charged my card the same day. Until today they didnt provide any update on the status. I emailed couple times asking about status, the answer was theyre working on that. I returned some items from an online order, but am inexplicably unable to choose two pairs of jeans to return online. They are eligible for return. The customer service phone number has an outgoing message that states it isn't accepting phone calls, for the past couple of weeks. I've tried sending multiple email messages for help and receive replies that are not helpful, like links to the returns page. Order never received. ******** care said they cannot cancel and to return order. I have never received it to return. This is a total scam and a horrible company. Dont buy from them! Order ********
