      I need to return the Joie *********************** Sleeve Cotton Top purchased online. Disappointingly, anfter only being worn a few times, the seams are beginning to fray and tear and the shirt has not kept its shape at all. Im very disappointed and unable to wear the top, given these issues.

      I purchased a gift card in 2022. My girlfriend was unable to redeem it. I have called the company but it is an automated message and does not allow you to speak with anyone. I have also emailed and have not received a response. I have all documentation needed to verify my purchase and would like to receive a store credit or a refund.

      Was shipped the incorrect item that was final sale I have emailed and called for two weeks with no response. There is actually no agent that picks up the phone for customer service. And now Im stuck with the incorrect item and no refund.

      I purchased a shirt online from Joie on 3/18/24. My order total was $218.12 and order confirmation is *********** The shirt did not fit well and I returned it using the instructions provided by Joie. The refund that Joie sent me is $210.52. When I emailed customer service they said they do not refund shipping. However, on the website under ******************* it says that they will not refund items marked Final Sale and will not refund shipping for international orders. The shirt was not (and is still not) marked Final Sale and this was not an international order (the company is in LA and I am in **). They have not responded to any emails since then and are refusing to refund the shipping. I would like a refund of the $7.60 for the shipping charges.

      Joie online order ********* on November 26, 2023 for 2 items, to include a pair of ********************** in size 31. The other item was a blouse which has been returned to Joie, with a refund pending. The total cost was $218.20; the jeans were $74.40; the blouse was $136.80; shipping was $7.00. I attempted to call Joie on Dec 13, 2023 but couldnt get through to their **************** due to high call volume. I sent an email on December 13, 2023, with a followup on Dec 16, 2023 when no response was received. There are two problems with the jeans: The description on the Joie website says the jeans are made of "stretch" fabric, and that the Fabric content is 72% Organic Cotton, ****% Polyester, and 1.5% Spandex. (Note: this only adds up to 97%. 3% of the fabric content is missing.) However, the jeans that I received have an interior tag that indicates 93% cotton, 6% Polyester, and 1% Spandex. These jeans do not stretch as advertised, most especially in the waist band that does not have any give whatsoever. Also, there is no indication on the label that the fabric is organic, so it is misleading to say they are made of organic cotton. Jeans with such a high cotton content likely will shrink further when washed. The 2nd problem is that the sizing of the jeans does not match the size guide on the website. The size guide on the website indicates the hips on size 31 bottoms are **** inches. However, the measurement of the jeans falls short of that measurement by 1 inches. Today Dec 20, 2023, Joie responded that the jeans were not returnable because they are Final Sale. However, the garment sent did not match what was advertised. I would like a full refund for the jeans plus shipping for a total of $81.40, assuming that Joie refunds the cost of the blouse, which Is still outstanding.

      I have many Joie blouses and am a size sm-med. I bought multiple blouses in a final sale. These were all size sm-med. One of the blouses is a medium. but extremely short at the front hem line and not at all how it is pictured online. Online this top is tucked into a low to mid rise pant. This top doesnt even cover my belly button and is impossible to tuck into even a high-waisted pant. All of the other tops except for one other sz med fit fine and arent a problem. I emailed Joie several times and nobody has addressed this issue. I have also been calling Joie for over 10 days. Nobody answers and the recording states to leave a message and they will call you back ASAP, but nobody has. I will no longer buy Joie clothing. They sent me two defective items that were likely errors in production and dont even belong at an outlet and now they are just avoiding contact and havent even addressed the issue, stating only these are final sale items.

      I purchased a shirt on sale for $118. I also paid $20 for international shipping. With taxes and shipping the total came to $165. I got an email two days ago from *** stating that I owed $103 plus change upon delivery, for them to release the package. When I called ***, they said $48 was for shipping and the remainder was for duty and taxes. The issues are, Ive already paid for international shipping, I purchased items more expensive from other companies and never paid more than $30 in duty, and when I tried to contact the company, Joie, I called 14 times over a two day period and emailed 4 times over a two day and no one ever picks up the phone, responds to a call, or an email. It is very odd to pay $118 for a shirt and $103 for duty and shipping. Especially since Ive already paid for shipping. The fact that you cant get in touch with anybody leads me to believe that this is all a sham. Please help.
