I went to look at cars and found the car I liked. They offered to ask a bank to finance me. after hour there I drove home with my car a ********** Jetta . However the have possession of the car again and they are keeping my 1500 dollars. After sharing my story with a few locals that had problems with them also they said *** had the oldest trick pulled on me YoYo car sale. They gave me no disclosure that I had the right to resend either. Now Im left with no money for another car. This is misleading and taking advantage on me because of my age. I read that the transaction should be all cash or credit. The finance is the sum of all charges. I was going to report them to IRS but first give them a chance to make this right! Im giving them 3 days from the time they get my complaint or litigation will take place because I plan to assert my rights as a consumer. Thank YouBusiness response

Hi,
Customer has provided fraudulent proof of income, including: fake income & employment documentation. Customer brought car back filthy with very strong marijuana odor. In good faith, we've offered other financing options, customer declined and chose to pay restocking fee & move on. If you have any questions, please contact Victorville Auto Sales Management.

Truck was sold with plates that dont belong to it. Truck was crashed before i bought it and dindt let me know about it. Now that I'm triyng to sell it. I cant.Business response

*************** states they were never aware of the accident, our records shows that customer "***********************" signed on two different history reports at the time of purchase please see attached files thank you!

Just bought a car from there and the check engine light is on and the car is limited to 80 mph and radio does not go all the way. Dont have the master key to the car either. They are paying games and selling bad cars.Business response

Regarding Case #********-84CFE.
The vehicle was inspected & serviced prior to the sale date on December 1st, 2023.
Customer left our lot satisfied with no issues.
A few days later, customer contacted our office regarding a key issue.
In good faith, we offered the customer to drop off the vehicle at our dealership in order to program another key for him for free.
However, the customer never showed up to our dealership to get a new key programmed.
We are still willing to work with the customer to bring the vehicle in.
