I bought a phone and they gave me a phone protector and a screen protector. I told them I didn't want to buy that and they said it was free and came included with the cell phone.When i got home and checked my receipt I saw that they had charged me and I went to tell him why they had done that and the manager said, sorry, I know we had to tell you but I can't do anything now I'll just give a warning to the guy who sold it to you.It was a lie and it is not fair that they charge me for something that I did not ask for and that they said was free.That's why please I need your help I want the money they charged me back.I told them it's a lot of money for that and the manager with a bad attitude told me I already told you that I'm sorry I can't have anything more.I wanted to be nice and try to fix the situation with them but they gave me a very rude bad attitude through no fault of my own.
