      I purchased a bed 1 month ago.. and initially they sold me the wrong bed size then …. they failed to include instructions and had multiple pieces missing, they returned at least 5 times, each time missing a piece needed to assemble the bed. One of the times they attempted to assemble they damaged a screw and I was unable to remove the necessary piece to move the bed. I’ve contacted them and they blame me for it. It has taken them over a month to get all the pieces because they kept missing them . They state it’s my fault because I didn’t let them assemble it in my bedroom as if that makes a difference .

      AL CUSTOMER SE LE HIZO LA ENTREGA EN LA FECHA QUE SE LE INDICO,  EL DIA DE LA ENTREGA NO TENIA LISTO SU RECAMARA Y PIDIO QUE LA DEJARAMOS EN CAJA LA CAMA , A LA SIGUIENTE SEMANA LLEGO Y DIJO QUE LE FALTABAN UNA PARTE DE LA CAMA , EN LA CUAL SE ORDENO Y SE LE ENVIO AL CLIENTE Y AL MOMENTO DE NOSOTROS ENVIAR A UN TRABAJADOR DE LA TIENDA SE DIO CUENTA QUE FALTA OTRA PARTE MAS , APARTE DE LOS QUE NOS HABIA DICHO LA CLIENTA , SE TUBO QUE PEDIR LA OTRA PARTE Y SE VOLVIO A ENVIAR A UN TRABAJADOR DE TIENDA PARA QUE SE LA PUSIERA LA PARTE , EL CLIENTE PIDIO QUE SE LA CAMBIARA EL PRODUCTO POR UNOS TORNILLOS QUE ESTABAN BARRIDOS ,  YA HABIA PASADO MUCHO TIEMPO Y A DEMAS LA CAMA ESTABA MORDIDA POR SUS PERROS Y NO PODEMOS ACEPTAR ESE TIPO DE DEVOLUCION Y MENOS EN ESTE TIEMPO DE COVID .  GRACIAS. 

      BBB Translation: 

      Items were delivered to the consumer on the indicated date. On the delivery date the customer did not have there room ready and asked we leave the  bed in its box. The following week she came in and informed us it was missing some part. Parts were order and mailed to the customer. A workers was dispatched and found out a second part was missing. The second part was order and a worker was dispatched to install the part.   The customer requested the product to be exchanged due to some screws stripping. Too much time had passed and the bed was bitten by her dogs. We cannot accept that type of return and especially in time of Covid. Thank you

       I am rejecting this response because:

      That information is inaccurate . I notified them of missing instructions when they came to my home. The worker then discovered missing pieces . When that missing piece arrived weeks later the worker discovered yet more missing pieces . They came a 3rd time when I myself did research and notified them that they did not provide all missing pieces . They then returned for the fourth time,  to provide the  missing pieces and saw themselves that the screws were damaged by their worker, which meant at that point they’d have to return AGAIN . So of course too much time had passed they continued to forget pieces which took time for them to receive . If they did quality check prior to the initial delivery .. or any of the other 3 times they went to my house none of that would have happened . I have voicemails call logs and text messages confirming every single statement I have made . I deserve at the very minimum  partial refund for not only the inconvenience, but for them attempting to blame me when it was evident that they had no idea what they sold and what the box contained . They very well could’ve owned up to their mistake and apologized offered some type of compensation, but instead chose to bash a customer that purchased quite a bit of furniture and was being patient while they spent weeks discovering and ordering parts for the bed . I find it baffling that they state covid as a concern when every single time they entered my home they didn’t wear masks, but I did . My cameras can confirm . Their own worker (the saleswoman) expressed how upset she was at how they handled my situation again I’m able to provide proof of that.
