      On August 16, 2024, we were visited by manager of housekeeping who wore no identifying name, tag or shirt showing who she was or what her rank of authority is. She came to the room. The carpet smelled. She was informed that when we started our extended, stay here at the green tree in hotel that the carpet had already smelled She referred to the smell because we have dogs mind you that other people in the hotel also have dogs and I do not know if they also have to pay a Pet fee for them. When I asked her how much it would be per dog, she told me the price and I said OK and she left.A few minutes after that, I drove to the reception office and I spoke to *******, who is the concierge at the moment there I explained to him the situation and how when I registered the dogs during our extended stay here at the green tree and hotel that I only paid $15 for the week that I would stay here he said that that was incorrect and and that I shouldve been paying for the dogs all along due to the new policies that they had brought it. no memo was sent out about these changes. These memos were only found in the front reception desk. When you walk in none were given to the guests. Nobody was notified. They dont know until you walk into the reception desk and see these changes made feel it is unfair what they are charging per dog for the day due to the simple fact that there are other reasons that this business needs to be reported because we stay on a non-smoking floor and there are people that are always smoking marijuana cigarettes and everything I dont believe attention was called to them because they continue to do it safety concern for my family due to the fact that my family has health issues. My mom has asthma and so does my brother , and it is hard for us to breathe. Also, my dad and I have sinus and it makes it very hard when youre sleeping at night and these fumes come through these thin walls ..

      Thank you for Allowing me to explain:Although the staff was amazing I believe the that tha safety with the rooms are a little concerning.I have videos and pictures to show that there rooms don't offer any guaranteed safety when staying in the room,therefore made me question and eventually leave to another room

      I booked 4 nights here and was charged $232. When I arrived the staff was rude not helpful and first put me in a dirty room w bed unmade and toiletries in the bathroom from previous stay. Next they moved me to a room with no A.C in *******. After that move they charged my card another $72. I ended my stay the next day. I requested my refund and the staff and manager refused to help me and when i called the manager ********************* up on me. I stayed at the greentree inn ********** on Aug.29 and checked out Aug.30 i was charged for that night and the other four nights. I have filed a claim with my bank and gave been unable to get a hold of corporate offices.

      I reserved a non smoking room at the Green Tree Inn on 30 May 2023 in *********** *** When I arrived I saw trash bags on the property. When I went into my room, both televisions did not work, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the security latch on the door was broken, there was a piece of tissue stuck where the peephole should have been, and there was no phone in the room. There were also bugs in the bathroom and there were people shouting and banging on doors. I realized that this motel was very unsafe and I went to the reservation counter at 10 pm to check out. The front counter door was locked so I could not check out properly or even request a refund. I had only been there since about 530pm But there was no way I was going to spend the night there. I was very much in fear for my safety. I ended having to book another room at a different hotel but I'm so glad I did. The Green tree Inn is a terrible motel and the website promotes it with nice pics but it is terrible. I paid about 140 total for the suite and I am requesting a refund. I am still itching from just being in the room a few hours. Also, I attempted to contact the Green tree Inn directly but the phone number is disconnected. I also emailed but received no reply.

      On October 15,2022 I was going to rent a room till the 16th. There was a mix up with the location of the hotel. Did not stay. Spoke with manager he told me he would refund my money. He never did. Nobody ever answers the phone, if they do the manager is never in. I want my money back and just given the run around.

      My driver ***** checked in on the 13th of June using his employee card and was charged 150.00 apparently because he had broken the TV then they stated he had smoked in the room. They couldn't get their storry straight. Treasery the manager was rude and hung up on me. Accused him of smoking with no proof. Only that apparently the room smelled like cigarettes but ***** doesn't smoke. He got in late to sleep and was gone early. I am seeking a refund and for the manager to be removed for unprofessionalism.

      We rented a room from the green tree inn on 5/29/2022 for a period of a month time with a $500 dollar deposit. There was a total of 3 of us renting the room, myself, my girlfriend and our 3 year old daughter. After staying there for 3 weeks and haveing no incidents, no complaints that was brought to our attention, no warnings of any sorts, no knowledge of any type of problem with us. Their employees came pounding on the door on 6/23/2022, with foul language in front of my 3 year old daughter told my girlfriend to get out now and leave. I was not home at the time. When my girlfriend did not gather her things fast enough in the few minutes they had been standing there they started grabbing our belongings themselves and tossing them out the door. They took a brand new bag of Pampers Diapers and had them flying everywhere. They called my daughter a " F'N crack head baby" in front of her along with other obscenities. Once I got there they continued to bully us and tried to provoke a fight with me that I refused to engage in. We still had another week the we had prepaid for besides a $500 deposit that they refused to return. They did not care they had all our money, we had a child and nowhere to go giving us no head notice to make any arragements.

      I booked a quadruple room for memorial day weekend. We booked a king for my husband and i and 2 full size beds for our 3 kids. When we got to the hotel they couldn't put the rooms together and my kids are to little to be in another building. Since they couldn't put them together they agreed to cancel the king room and we would make due with the 2 full size beds. I have been fighting since to get my money back. The hotel says only the manager can do it but everytime I call 6 times so far and the manager is not there. I leave my info and no call back. I have called booking.com for help and they say yes the hotel cancelled the room but they need to do more to give the money back. I've called them 7 times and no help from them. The room was cancelled since I booked a quadruple room and they didn't have one available. I have the cancelation email and all but 3 weeks later and still no money. The hotel and booking.com both gives me a reason why not money yet but no one helps.

      Right now I and many others live at the 'Green Tree Inn/extended stay' because we lost our homes during the pandemic. My mom and I and other residents pay over $1,350.00 for Wi-Fi, pool, restaurant/diner, air-conditioning, etc. Everything I've mentioned is posted on a sign outside of the hotel and on their website, yet we don't get any of that. It is currently 101 degrees here and the air-conditioner does not work, there's no wifi (children have to leave to do schoolwork somewhere else because the WiFi does not work at all), there's no pool, the bathtub leaks so much it looks like the faucet is on when it's not, there have been dozens of power outages in the two months I've been here, front desk is not here 24hrs like they claim, this place has roaches, security is late, and when something happens where they need to tell the residents- like when a man was shot 10 times here at the hotel, no one is notified. I have proof and other residents can also vouch for me. I also have videos. This place charges $1,350 to $1600 for things we're suppose to get, but don't. When you complain to front desk, they either shrug you off or blame lack of amenities on the pandemic and lie and say they're bringing it back soon. It's not fair we're paying for stuff we were promised, but have not received.
