Our home was burned to the ground we lost everything the Red cross gave us money to stay in a place for 72 hours we stay at the extended stay hotel in Victorville when I ask if they give discounts for the red cross as I would be paying with a red cross debit card they say yes...Total lie no discount given When I ask do u have a buisness center she says yes Lie they have just a sign Atm machine they say yes Lie none work To top it off when we get there they say they are under going renavations No elevator And no room cleaning no clean towels the 2nd day This place pretends to be extended stay When in fact they are totally filthy and fraudulent..I demand my money back or some sort of refund I am climbing stairs after being almost killed in a house fire ..this hotel is nothing more than a fraud and a filthy lieing one at that.i will take this further with the law and a attorney if I hear nothing from them..I'm the one hotel guest you should have never played with. If further info is necessary please contact me and the red cross.Initial Complaint

I've been staying here since September and not only have they tried to say I owe money now for things way late that I've never had knowledge of they also switched up the price of deposit twice trying to make me pay more then once for the same thing but I've made them aware of the black mold in the bathroom it's been a week and nothing has been done I've not been switched to a different room no one has came to look at it I am pregnant and have two kids one who has asthma and he's been having breathing issues I've been sick and I believe it's due to the black mold and instead of them handling this concern they wait until I get my extension to stay due to me being homeless and with a program called keys non profit they only threatened to kick me out or keep paying money I don't have but I also have no choice being this is my only place to stayBusiness response

Guest room is being paid by Keys Non-Profit company, guest has 2 dog so we required pet fee along with the refundable deposit to be paid.Guest were move to different room on Dec 5th for their issue with the room they were staying.*** *****Initial Complaint

I'm currently staying here and the wifi has been down for two days now. I have asked multiple times why its not working as the company claims to offer high speed internet for customers. The workers are some how still able to use the wifi. They don't care when I ask if they can fix it ALSO they claim on their website to have a hot breakfast every morning and it specifically says eggs, meat, pancakes and more......there is not a breakfast at all. They also claim to have a business center room and a gym.....which they do not.Initial Complaint

On Tuesday May 23rd 2022 in Victorville California and paid for a night at the extended Studio Hotel on Monarch Boulevard. I paid for one night from the 23rd of May to the 24th and a pond give me all the shower I was watching a movie with my boyfriend and all of a sudden he started stopping at something on the bed and then threw it on the floor. He turned on his flashlight to see what it was it was a roach so he killed it and picked it up in some tissue. We took it downstairs to the front desk so we could show them why I did not want to stay here anymore I don't want to leave even though it was 3:24 in the morning, and she said there's nothing that she can do and I will not be getting a refund. I think this is beyond disgusting and I will not be staying here again thank youInitial Complaint

I stayed at extended hotel in Victorville ca off monarch bv. They will not give me dates but it was around late April of 2022. It was my daughter and i and a friend my daughter had out my new white checkered slip on vans in a closet type pantry behind a mirror and 2 days later i called them kept calling tell today I was told they will check give me a call back that they keep stiff like that for two weeks and that was Ashley never got a call so I kept calling same run around today i call and Juanita tells me after a week they threw it away as she’s telling me Victoria is no longer there and she can’t help me that now she’s a manger but she wasn’t there when this took place but remember me and Victoria tell her that they got rid of them so pls tell me why she can’t help me? And I want my shoes replaced.Initial Complaint

My husband and I stayed at the above mentioned hotel from aug 2021 through November 30th 2021 paying our rent faithfully on time this was our only residence and we received mail as well. On nov30th we awoke to find my checking account had been frozen due to fraudulent activity by a unknown party. This caused us to not have the rent money for the first time in over 5 months we were in touch with management explaining our problem and since we had established renters rights we thought we would be ok to drive to Ventura that day to borrow funds for rent from my husbands mother which we did .when we returned late that night we found that all of our possessions had been packed up and our room had been rented out. We did not no what to do so we slept in our truck .The following day we went to recover our property only to be informed that we couldn’t have until we payed a outrageous sum of money for supposed storage fees . This is outrageous considering they have Broke many laws all ready! Now on top of all this things of ours have been stollen out of there storage ! We had a expensive scooter in there “storage” that my husband hid a tracking device in and now is tracking at a residence in Apple valley on top of more fraudulent charges on my credit card that can be linked back to someone in Apple Valley.This card was also in my possessions they have illegally kept ! I just recently lost my mother to cancer and everything I have if hers was in my possessions they have as well as my kids ect. I just want my possessions back then I’m willing to forget any civil recourse due to the illegal lockout. I’m still mourning the loss of my mother and just want to put this behind me as a lesson learned as long as my possessions and my husbands are returned right away.I have rental receipts as well as receipts for the property they have kept.Initial Complaint

I paid close to $3,000 to stay at this hotel for 23 days while I attend school for phlebotomy technician here in Victorville. I've only been there for 2 days and I don't want to go back because of all the roaches trash and disgusting dead roaches in the hallway. I wasn't told that they were having a roach issue until after I'd already checked in. I have had to purchase multiple different kinds of pesticide and I'm aware that this is extremely unhealthy to be breathing. Also now they are offering to move me to another room which is not going to help the issue because I have roaches and my bags and baby roaches on the counters. This is extremely disgusting and unsanitary and roaches don't just go away they're going to be in everybody's stuff and belongings hiding everywhere laying eggs. You can get rid of them in one room for them just to come back into the room from another! For spending as much money as I did I'm extremely disappointed and now I have to throw away my belongings like my duffle bags and my luggage and wash all my clothes again. I don't even feel comfortable sleeping in the room due to the room being infested and the room looks like it hasn't even been cleaned as promised on the hotel's website. I would like all my money back as well as my belongings and the money I've had to spend on pesticides reimbursed. This whole hotel needs to be shut down and fogged.
