    Molly maid in this location is Terrible. I had a crew come to clean my home for a 2 hour block. They did not really clean anything to an extreme level. I am a cash customer, so they are suppose to check out with me prior to leaving, which they did not. They left after about 1 hour and 10 minutes. When I looked over their work, every room they are suppose to clean was still dirty. Even down to the area around my microwave, toilet, and my floors. My kitchen table was still sticky from my daughter's breakfast. Nothing was moved to be cleaned behind nor around. It was honestly baffling because of how bad it was. I called the office to let them know and was only met with combative rhetoric. I requested several times to send them pictures, so they could see how my home was left. Finally, I was given a cell number to text them to. When I received my call back, I was told that the pictures I sent were outside of the area they were suppose to clean, which is not true, as they are suppose to clean both my bathrooms, my kitchen, living room/dining/office area, as it is all in the same area. Not one time did I receive an apology or be reassured that they will handle these issues. They did set up another date to have someone come out to clean, but after the combativeness and lack of any actual accountability, it left me feeling extremely uncomfortable with them returning. As I will not pay for a cleaning that was not done, and definitely do not want them to return, they are trying to now tell me that they will put me into collections. I did ask to have the owner reach out to me directly to discuss; though, I was told the owner will not call customers about issues. Of course, as I have an Overwhelming amount of documentation to PROVE that they did not perform their cleaning to even a substandard quality, I will of course challenge anything that may follow from them. I would prefer Not to have to take them to court over this and would simply like my account to be closed, so we all can move on. Expecting any customer to pay for a cleaning not performed, simply because they showed up and vacuumed, which some areas they did not, is Beyond Ridiculous and Unacceptable. Thank you for your help!
