      I have had an excellent experience with this company. They have provided some creative solutions to some of the logistical problems with the way my property plumbing is set up and the system is working perfectly. I appreciate all of the workmanship and care that the installer, Randy, provided in making sure the system is correct and that I know everything I need to know. The water from my kitchen faucet is as good as bottled water I have been paying for and the soft water is much kinder to my sensitive skin, which is why I purchased the system in the first place. The fact that I can have them remove the system and I can take it with me when I move or let the new owners pay for it and leave, was really important, as I'm retiring in the next few years. From my experience, this is a great company to do business with.

      They did maintenance on of my Rainsoft equipment for years then they came back 3 times to fix something that was not working and because I have a salt system, the water kept running out and killed several of my plants. On top of that most every time, I set up an appointment they call and say that they can't make it. Sometimes 2 and 3 times. They are the worst. A very shady company.
