Microblading procedure took place in this location. ******** **** is the esthetician. February 10 , 2023 ******** received a deposit of 100 dollars. February 15 I zelled her two hundred dollars for my Microblading service. Total of $300.00 Business committed to professional results in micro blading. The results are non existent. The business wanted me to commit to two additional visits which I didn't see value in.Customer response

To whom it may concern ,
I just became aware of this situation and its so unfortunate the client couldn't reach out to me first regarding this issue, this is the first time i hear anything from the client ,she has never reached out to me regarding this situation .
I did not received any form of payment from this client she dealt directly with brow artist, these services are not provided by our business . We only let them borrow the room ,the brow artist is a family member and has her own business insurance and license . I didnt charge for the room rental because i've known this client since my childhood and believed there was a friendship ,i've always been nothing but nice and helpful to client, I provided the room and location for FREE I did not accept any rental payment because I know both service provider and client, brow artist has not provided any other services in this location ,she's based in another city and only came to Victorville, Ca that day specifically for this client. Never has this client reached out to me in any way or form to make me aware of this situation,The brow artist believe it wasnt my businessresponsibility and didn't believe she should involve me in this situation ,I just had a conversation with Brow artist after receiving this letter and shes willing to provide her proof & statement as well , I believe this situation is in between them .The payment screenshot provided by client ,were made to the brow artist directly thru her website . The only time I had conversation with client regarding this service was when i share brow artist on my instagram story ,client replied/message me being interested in service, i sent her the brow artist page and link and asked her that it was best to deal with her directly as its not our service. I was just trying to help out as i always have.
The screen shot provided by client with payment only states our location but is not proof of payment received by us her payment was sent to browdsng, She dealt directly with her brow artist website directly . **************** attached is proof were i sent the client the link to directly deal with service provider, I've attached my proof , Brow artist also provided me with screenshot were you can see payments were sent to her directly. Attached is the brow artist bank statement were you can see proof of payment made to brow artist, Thank you. This the only proof i have as this service was not provided by our business, but if you have further questions or need any more information feel free to email me again or you can email the brow artist directly *******@gmail.com.
