I wanted to quit smoking and I thought this $40 bottle of gummies could help. The reviews were amazing as well!! I placed my order, without ever seeing a total order amount. Checked my bank account 10 minutes later and they had charged me $259, overdrawing my account. I sent a couple of emails, asking them to cancel my order but never heard anything back. Finally decided to call and she said my order was in shipment so it couldn't be canceled. I had to wait for the product to arrive and then call and request a return number. About 7 days later, the shipment was at my door. They gave me a return number and I sent the product back, unopened. The tracking number shows the package was received back to them 8 DAYS AGO AND STILL NO REFUND. I called again - he said he could issue my refund with a $10 restocking fee PER BOTTLE. Everything this business does is a scam and they need to be shut down. I'll wait and see if I EVER get a refund from these scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!Initial Complaint

This company somehow got ahold of my debit card number and charged me for some CBD gummies that I didn't even know about. Company returned $149.99 out of $199.99 of my money after returning product back to them. Now with talking to their 3rd party customer service, they said I will have to pay the restocking fee of $50. This is so not right for anyone to have to go through when they didn't even have a clue this company existed. I need help collecting my money that is due to me and for this company to not do this to anyone else.Thank you.Initial Complaint

I am an 81 year old woman with chronic pain. On February 25, 2022 I ordered one (1) bottle of CBD gummies from Nature's Only, via telephone, at a stated cost of $60.00. When my order arrived I discovered I had been sent a total of three (3) bottles and was charged an additional $199.95. When I called to tell them I did not want the 2 extra bottles and wanted the additional charges refunded, they refused. They told me that I could go to the *********** to return the extra bottles. I explained that I recently had a stroke, use a ****** and was unable to drive. I was told at that point there was nothing they could do. Because I am housebound, it would have been acceptable if they sent me a return mailer with postage prepaid and refunded my money, but, again, they refused to do so. I believe this is a scam and want my money refunded.
