      I have been fighting for my money back for 10 months! They keep telling me they sent an echeck, all lies! I am so sick of dealing with this company but I want my $100 back! I have called them at least 20 times, emailed probably 40 or 50 times. Very Very bad deal!I wouldn't rate them any stars unless negative is possible!

      This is a complete scam, I ordered 5 bottles and have now received 4 shipments of five bottles. They dont put contact info anywhere on the shipment so its about impossible to contact them. Please cancel this account ASAP.

      On March 26 2022 at 11:33pm, I ordered one bottle for the $6.99 special, plus 2 bonus bottles for $39.99. I was sent a **** on March 27, 2022. At 12:04am, I tried to cancel my order because I received an outrageous order confirmation for $259.99. It was a fraudulent price. Their support team sent an email back at 1:01am explaining the price was $199 for 3 bottles each at $66.66 which totaled to 5 bottles. They claimed I ordered ************* which I did not order. They billed me $259.99 to my ************************ card which I filed a fraudulent charge and explained that I did not want that order and I refused it at the post office but they insisted that when I ordered it, I automatically agreed to it. Do not buy from this company!!! Stay away!! I am still trying to get my refund back.

      This is a total scam. I ordered 3 bottles to help my friend with pain to her back from a fall. A month latter there was a charge on my debit card for $159,98. I called and cancelled the auto delivery which I didn't authorize. I sent the product back to ***** **. with the required RMA requirements. The product was received via **** tracking. After a week no refund so I called a generic customer service center with a lousy phone connection and barely audible people. I was given a refund of $129.98 on my debit, ***** less than what I paid, I called back and they gave me another$15.00 but I am still out $15.00. I was ripped off for $15.00 . trying to talk to these people is like talking to a robot. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company.

      This company's website is miss-leading when it comes to cost. They also added on 2 different items that I never ordered. When you call customer service they say they don't give refunds or cancel orders. But they will give you 30% off your whole order, including the items never ordered.

      Would rather give no stars! I believe they changed their name from fundrops to natures only because of bad reviews. The charge was listed as fun drops on my bank listing. I ordered and I received an email showing a charge of ******!!! On it. was items I didn't order! Call the same day I ordered to cancel. I was told it was shipped and I couldn't receive a refund. I informed them i haven't received an email stating that. After argument, I was told they would refund half and I would have to return the items for the remainder. Since then I've seen others with the same complaint. I have yet to receive a shipping notification. I also found out I ordered under a scam using a celebrity endorsement. These people is what's wrong in this world but they don't care. If I have anymore trouble, the *** is my next step!!!!

      It is the 26th, and I have yet to receive a shipping notification. Natures Only/ Fun Drops is an unreliable, untrustworthy company.

      Today is the 29th. I ordered and called on the 19th to cancel. They said it was 'shipped' already. I have not received an email stating that and I have not received the product which I was told to send back for the remainder of my refund.

      I received the package today. I called and received return instructions. I was told I would not be charged for shipping or restocking, and will get my remainder of refund when its received. We will see. I am still angry over all of this.

      After the tracked package was on a loop inside the ************* it finally arrived back to Natures Only on May 18th. Now we will see if I get my refund?
