My vehicle went into this shop back on 07/17/2023. I still have yet to get my vehicle back. I always just the run around when I contact them for ETA on when my vehicle when will be finished. I have been promised very many dates and I am let down every time. I previously had wrote a review on yelp and then later took it down to give this shop a chance at trying to make things right, but yet here I am over three months later with no vehicle and my hopes let down. My vehicle is currently at a suspension shop and after contacting them and speaking to management there, I am told the hold up is on Toms. They are always waiting on **** to get things done. Wrong parts have been ordered multiple times and I just keep getting told "just a couple more days" and here we are several weeks later. I strongly feel that this shop is very unorganized and there is no sense of urgency to get vehicles done. I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received and at this point I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
