              Dispute Case #: 321**303 On 2/18/2022I was charged $432.25 to Plexus World. It was a fraudulent charge. It came out through my Paypal account which is connected to my checking account at Tucoemas Federal Credit Union. I first contacted the company Plexus which I just got threatening emails from them that they were going to keep some of my money and not refund it all. So then I opened a dispute with Paypal and my bank at the same time. Paypal refunded me instantly but then took the money back out because I opened a dispute with my bank. Paypal informed me they will no longer help because I opened a dispute with my bank. So I have been dealing with Tucoemas Dispute Processing Center. I was just informed on 11/8 or 11/9 that my bank will not help me now and I have to go back to Paypal. Paypal can no longer help me because my stupid self opened a dispute with my bank. I am out $432.25. The crooked Plexus company has their products and my money. My joke of a bank is not helping me either. Please I paid for something that I never received.

              Horrible!! They told my fianc they were updating their system and he hasnt been able to use his bank account or debit card for many days! I didnt know a bank can keep your money and not open many bank branches! Are they going bankrupt? They are thieves and are not a legally functioning business!! Somebody needs to stop this!!
