I ordered wooden In the Light keepsake tubes for my brother's funeral. They arrived promptly, beautifully engraved, and were much larger than I'd expected. Ive bought urns for two of my children from them! The urns are beautiful and great quality. For my daughters urn, I had to ask to hold of shipping until i knew my daughters birthday after labor with my stillborn. They waited the time and were so kind. For my sons urn I updated how wanted his name twice. I felt like I was being annoying at that point, because I dont like editing orders and throwing the sellers off but they were so nice and patient. They agreed to the change both times without making me feel like I was being inconvenient. I truly appreciate thatIn The Light Urns Inc

Outstanding customer service and product quality! We had some questions regarding the Urn and they actually and promptly answer the phone (not a recording). We ordered the Urn with free standard shipping and it shipped next day with *** tracking notifications and we received it in ***** in just four days by *** ground. The heart shaped Plate we ordered was not included so I called again and spoke with ******. She was genuinely apologetic, concerned, and arranged for a immediate shipment of the plate,which is rare in today's world of automated customer service systems. Many thanks for your support ******.
