Made order online 5/3/22 for a cheesecake, chocolate covered strawberries and cookie platter with balloon-scheduled pickup of 5/10 at 3pm. I went on 5/10/22 to pickup my order. As I was walking into the business, owner called me to tell me that they did not have any of the items to make the platter I ordered. I complained and told her I didnt want a refund I wanted my product, it was my anniversary &ordered because cheesecakes are my husbands favorite. The owner, ******, said she couldnt give me what I ordered but would try and put together something else. I complained several times to her at that time because now I was running late for my anniversary dinner due to their lack of planning.. I placed my order with plenty of advance notice and wasnt notified. ****** showed me a picture on a screen of what I ordered&said she could replace the cheesecakes with brownies. I agreed and waited ***** minutes. She comes back with a platter with brownies, 5 strawberries cut in half and not chocolate covered, and burnt cookies. She also said she threw in 2 balloons. I said these are supposed to be chocolate covered strawberries she told me we didnt agree on that even tho the pic we both looked at and agreed on had choc. covered strawberries. I took the platter and left. Immediately called customer service for a refund, told them my issues with ******* hostile mood, and how uncomfortable she made ********** didnt get what I ordered.I was told she denied me the refund¬hing more could be done. On 5/10/22 I filed a complaint online. No response.On 5/13 I filed another complaint and ****** emailed me directly, patronizing me and said we cant refund; after I specifically said in my complaint and on and phone I didnt feel comfortable dealing with her.I responded to her email asking her not to contact me again. I called cust service after and was hung up on, called cagain & was transferred to the store-no help. ****** emailed me back again telling me to not2 call her storeCustomer response
