Not even 1 star is earned. I was pre approved for a P&L FHA loan with Kings Mortgage Services LLC. I found a house and I signed my purchase contract on May 16 with a 45 day closing suggested by my broker because this was a popular loan but there was not a lot of people to handle the work load so he set a safe closing date for June 28. I had all of the appraisals, inspection, WDO inspection and because a new roof was to be added before closing I had to pay for another appraisal and inspection. Our homeowners was bonded and all documents submitted before our closing date but were pushed back to July 10th to close by the lender because they were behind with the Independence Day approaching. I signed my closing disclosure July 28th. I received a call from my lending broker on July 1st to be told that Kings Mortgage Services LLC could no longer approve the P&L FHA loans for me and hundreds of clients who had even signed at closing because they lost their investors backing for the loan with no warning to any clients. I called Kings Mortgage and spoke to *************************************** because he was listed as a contact on my closing disclosure and was met with hostility and rudely told he did not speak to the public. I was left feeling like I was scammed on a large scale and worried about all the private information they held of mine and no regard for the money lost and time waster for myself as the buyer and the seller who had waited and put a $23,000.00 roof on the home we were approved to purchase. Mind you I was purchasing a home $100,000.00 below my approval limit. So there would be no close calls. This company owes a lot of people money back. All the fees and losses that were paid out during these loan hustles for myself and many other trusting people who chose to go with Kings Mortgage. They need to make it right. Im struggling to recoup lost fees and now incurring more trying to buy my home in another loan process paying all fees yet again! Run from this company!!!!
