      I went in to purchase a 2022 Lexus IS 350 F sport on August 25th, 2023. This company was deceitful by not giving me the internet price that was advertised. They financed me at $45,140. The Internet price for the car was $42,277. I told the car salesman about how I found the car which was online, I was under the impression they were giving me the car for the price they had advertised on their website. This was not a third-party website. They have a sign in every ************* to be honest and upfront about pricing however they were not honest at all. They did not give me the internet price as advertised. I saw no numbers just when I signed the loan what my interest rate was and what my payment was going to be monthly. They had me sign pretty quickly not going over any of the numbers or price of the car or the amount of my trade-in. They were vague stating "Signatures for this box is for your trade-in." "Signature for this box or line is for your monthly and gap." They did contact me a couple of days later on 8/30/3023 stating that they could not finance me for the interest rate that I had signed for. I told them I was not willing to sign for an interest rate that was higher than I agreed for, being they already scammed me out of the price that the car was advertised for. This company decided to buy down my interest rate at the bank so that they could prevent voiding the contract I had signed.

      My wife and I took her car in for 45,000 mile service. We were told there are recalls, however, no remedy was available at that time. We were told to check back in 3 to 4 months. After that visit we received several recall letters in the mail. I have been trying to schedule service for an oil change and the recalls since 4-15-22. The only calls back have been from sales!!!! May 6th I called the Hyundai Customer Care Center for help. They were unable to schedule an appointment. I then filed a complaint with NHTSA in June. They sent a letter advising me to contact Hyundai Customer Care. I filed a case with Hyundai Customer Care and they told me to continue trying to contact the manager of the service department or the General Manager of the dealership. I contacted Visalia Hyundai to schedule an appointment for the recalls and 60, 000 mile service on 12-05-22 and still no reply. Can you help?

      Attached to this email is the repair order for Mr. *** *****, this customer came into our dealership on December 19th 2022. We addressed all of his recall concerns and performed routine maintenance as well.  B.A.R called me about this customer back in the first week of December, he was contacted by myself and scheduled.       New 2022 Hyundai Tucson purchased with 9 miles car was token to Visalia Hyundai because it stalled and would not turn back on. Per Visalia Hyundai they had to drain my gas “bad gas” I then asked if that did not fix the problem would I have to pay they said no. Moving forward did not resolve the issue they ended up finding 2 bad injectors and replaced. Per Hyundai I am responsible for draining of gas $500 before I can take my vehicle I refuse to pay car is new should not be having these issues
