  I preordered 3 like items from this business online, and never received my items once the product became available. I have tried to contact this business as well but their online website is now closed. I have also tried to contact them via email at multiple support email addresses I had found online via replies by them to other customers’ reviews/complaints - I have heard nothing back yet. If they are not going to send me my items, I would at least like my $34.95 refunded to me. I hope the BBB can help here in some way. Sincerely, ***** *********

  This store set up fake preorders and failed to deliver on the goods i paid for. I have confirmed through people on facebook that multiple others were also scammed by this store. I received only a partial shipment from this store after months of waiting. They have not come with my other end of goods and are not refunding anyone despite the fact they don't have the product to ship. The preorders in question for me are yugioh book of moon binders. I have confirmed from the distributor that this store did not actually even order them from him, which means the store's sole intent on setting up preorders was to scam. Because of the sheer amount of people i know personally that were scammed by dacollectorsvault, it is clear to me that this store is running a scamming preorder operation. They have done this before on pokemon product and you can see the reviews here https://www.facebook.com/DaCollectorsVault/reviews/ . Even though the store has been called out multiple times on this matter, they have not publicly acknowledged that people's preorders will not be honored. Because these preorders were from march, many people have already forgotten or have just decided to take the loss. I've noticed that i can no longer login to my account on their site as well which means they have tried to clean up and hide the orders. however, i still have the charges for proof as well as the voices of many others who this company has scammed.

   I am rejecting this response because:
  
  this business is operating a scam. they are selling fake preorders of products they will never get and taking people's money. i have on record multiple people from the fresno/visalia/central valley area that have been scammed by this store. you can read the reviews that have been left behind from others on their own facebook review page.

  they have been called out on other facebook pages as well, but those aren't public. they have been doing this for awhile with pokemon and yugioh product. it's impossible to know how many people have been scammed by this store at this point.

  
  

  this store knows what it owes, because it knows what it's attempting to scam. it will not refund anyone. i've contacted multiple online who said they had to get paypal involved or even show up physically to the store.
