I was contracted to clean for onyx property through a cleaning app called TURNO. One day I arrived to the unit that needed to be cleaned and saw that it was totally thrashed. I went ahead and contacted the Property Manager ***** to let him know that the ***** cleaning fee would not be enough and that I needed to charge extra. He advised me that he had the short term tenants credit card information and that would be billed for my service. Once the invoice aged to its net 30 I contacted the ** to see what was going on with the invoice. After a few days he responded and said that he couldn't pay extra that they do not do that. But that he would reimburse me for the scent bomb used to cover the marijuana smell which he didn't do that either. I told him the invoice needed to be paid. I went ahead and contacted the owner who also denied payment. Stating that I was contracted to clean it for $50. I have sent the past due invoice to the owner several times on email and I have added a late fee. I don't want to take it to small claims court but if I have to I will. I work very hard and have kids to provide for. I'm not sure why I keep getting denied payment. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I am hoping this helps if not I will go ahead and get my paperwork filed and find every outlet to review this company so it doesn't happen to anyone else,
