  Es para denunciar el mal trabajo de mecanico de un carro sengun lo arreglo y me dio garantia y no lo dejo bien y se lo bolbio a llebar para reparlo y lo mantubo en su taller asta que se bencio la garantia y me mando un mensage diciendo que si no lo sacaba del taller asta tal dia lo iva a vender Mi cell *** *** **** El taller se llama A&L MUFFLER & AUTO REPAIR

  The complaint related to this ID is not true of what customer states. the vehicle came in for an engine problem that we were unable to fix and best to do was change engine that came with a limited warranty, When engine was replaced it took customer 2 weeks to pickup vehicle, which we did not charge him for storage. customer then called us saying there was something leaking and told him to bring back to check where was leaking from, after bringing back the leak was coming from the transmission pan, which we did not touch, we found he had a stripped bolt on the transmission pan so we removed pan fixed stripped bolt and put new gasket and oil at no charge to the customer, also had a leak coming from transfer case which we did not repair as that was a lot more work to do and gave customer price to repair that leak which he denied, After this work was done customer took another week to come for vehicle. when customer came to pick up, He later advised us that vehicle would not start, which he knew about bad battery and computer would reset, customer had vehicle towed in and we hooked up jumper to it and started right away, when vehicle was towed in customer did not show up with vehicle, he later called us again stating the we had changed his catalytic converter and switched the tires on his vehicle, stated to him did not do that to his vehicle even stated to him can look at converter bolts and see no markings of removal, as for tires lug nuts were as is with no new marking of all four tires being removed or tires being unbeaded, from the last time vehicle was in shop and running  it took customer 3 months to pickup vehicle made multiple attempts to contact via text and calls, His wife even said they would be by later to pickup but never showed, then final contact was his son that saidhe would tell his dad about vehicle, which again no response, finally got a response after almost 3.5 months when send text of starting a lien on vehicle, he then stated to us was in Mexico for the whole time.

  
  

  So as far as a reimbursement we are declining his request as lack of communication, and accusations, We lost time and money in doing extra repairs and not charging storage fees, We would like to advise customer we decline any further services and will not be doing any future business with them
